  1. While I do unfortunately agree that with your 7-9 prediction, although a couple bounces could lead to 9-7 (we can hope, or billieve). I do have some comments on your other statements: We have cut (for whatever reasons) our best proven offensive player in Moulds I can give you 10 million reasons we cut Moulds, there was unfortunately no way they could have re-structured that deal that would have made both sides happy. His cap hit was just too much. our most highly touted Offensive lineman in Williams I have to agree with you here, I would have liked to keep him. But MW has already said he plans on losing 30lbs and dropping to 340 for training camp. He did not have that motivation with the Bills, heck he was pushing 400 lbs. It's sad but sometimes players need a change of scenery in order to get motivated, I believe the Bills brass realized this and let him go. the only defensive tackle to make multiple pro bowls Big Sam was a force when he wanted to be and a non factor when he took a down off. I liked having SA in the middle, but again he just took too many downs off. His attitude was piss poor as well, at least according to our lovely hometown fish rag (I have no inside sources). This was a toss up for me, still don't know if I agree with the move. But team ran down our throats last year with him in the line up, don't think it can get much worse without him. Our biggest loss was obviously PW!!! a strong safety that has made multiple pro bowls LM has slowed down big time in the past few years. the new defense calls for fast safeties, hence the reason for the secondary heavy draft. LM just didn't fit the scheme. He's too slow and is more of center field type safety. As for the QB, who knows. I am hoping JP comes through and i believe he can. Although a lot of other players need to step up on our line and receiving corps. I am hoping we can surprise a few teams. Starting 2 on the road against AFC East rivals is going to be tough, but could boost the team confidence if we steal one or (gulp) two. I will be there all season, even stinking Christmas Eve and hope we are competitive. That's all we have right now is hope.
  2. Lets send a basket of cheese from two bills drive to go with all of Carilina's whine!!!
  3. When you think about the population on North and South Carolina, not selling out a game 7 in minutes is ridiculous. They are basically the South\North Carolina Hurricanes, right? They don't have the nads to associate a specific city with this team or there would be no fans. They don't even go by the North Carolina Hurricanes. Imagine if it were the Raleigh Hurricanes! What would attendance be? Pathetic!! And some of their fans are criticizing the city of Buffalo and its economy. At least we are the Buffalo Sabres and damn proud of it!!! Hopefully the South\North Carolina Hurricanes are out after tonight and we'll play a city with some pride...................
  4. I stayed at the Jack Tar Village and had a great time. No one under 18 allowed, no children running around was the selling point for me. Here is a site with some reviews: http://cancun-hotels.tripadvisor.com/Hotel...782.hwoink_html
  5. that was old school, swallow the whistle, NHL hockey. Which is what i thought the league wanted to change, but it was only a matter of time I guess. The league is a crock, because every official is calling a different style. It takes a period to know what's a penalty and what's not.
  6. So we drink as much for Hockey as Y'all drink for neckcar racing. Big deal!! See you tonight....I heard you missed us, were back!!!!!!!!!
  7. LOL, just wanted to see what the reply would be. thought maybe you'd change your avitar to a tree giving a double finger....
  8. And why does a "non viewer" care?
  9. Hugo Reyes was written on the paper given to Michael by the others. I don't think anyone knew his real name (maybe Jack). I believe that may be why Hurley changed his mind to go.
  10. Home-ice advantage for the Stanley Cup Finals is determined by points.
  11. That's ridiculous! They'll be fine, but I think it will go to game six.
  12. In the sign up for newsletter section, pick any screen name, answer yes then type password "breaking strain" Then, go to the executive bios section, then Dr. Thomas...enter password Heir Apparent, click enter. you see a portal with awoman in it. click the woman, then you see a Caltech record and a crazy note. Go to Joop's corner, then to "talk to Joop" type anything, I typed Where's joop? There is a map-like thing - any circle that pops up, just click on it. Eventually, you see a red circle in the center. click on that. Then you see an amazing letter possibly telling us why they are there and where they are!
  13. That's why I am thinking somewhere there's a recording of Michael going postal.
  14. My hand smells the same, but why the heck is it white????
  15. I remember this one time at band camp....oh never mind, i don't get it!
  16. It's an opinion, the whole reason for this site! Lighten up and enjoy life instead of being so negative....
  17. He's a very smart man, who can identify talent. I also like his philosophy of the collective draft room agreeing on the pick. You can tell by the draft that they are going after needs and not just the best player on the board. You can tell by his post draft press conferences that he did his homework and knows the players talents and characters intimately. I have total confidence in Marv's football instincts, even though he has never been a GM. And he's not the only new GM in the league.
  18. Watching the draft at a local bar with the Bills on the clock, the room was buzzing with anticipation. As the clock ticket down and Tagliabooboo walked to the podium, there was silence in the bar. With the eight pick in the NFL draft, the Bills select Donte Whitner. The bar still as silent as can be and then everyone shrugs their shoulders and gets back to their conversations. The same thing occurred when the Bills traded up to make their next selection. The bottom line is the picks were good, but nothing that's going to make you hoot and holler right away. I wasn't pleased initially, but was not disappointed either. And having time to reflect on the draft, I believe the draft was a success. Only time will tell, but I have confidence in Marv and Company.
  19. Thought the highlight of yesterday was Shane calling someone else psycho!! That dude is of his rocker and next week looks hilarious with his imaginary Blackberry!!!
  20. I thought it was a drinking town with a football problem...
