So to you the horrid playcalling, the dumb ass personal foul/special teams penalties, and the sack at the 1 yard line had nothing to do with the Pats getting their second and third TD's? What game did you watch? Our friggin D gave up 500 yards passing, and our O-line was horrible. I can think of many reasons we lost this game and poor QB play isn't one of them. The INT at the end of the half was meaningless. The last INT was high but hit the hands of our star receiver that "catches everything thrown his way". Instead of making a play he volleys the ball up for an easy pick. The first INT was high, off the hands of Clay, up in the air and picked. How would you like him to "take care of the FN football"?? He certainly could have fumbled more from being sacked EIGHT times.

He looked confused at times and made some poor decisions, but he did way more good than bad. Not a surprise for a QB with limited experience playing against Belichick. He made some excellent throws late in the game to keep us in it. If our D makes a stop with 3 minutes to go, we have a chance to win the game. Can't ask for more from the kid.

He has to let his teams play do the talking and keep his yap shut. I'm sure he knows who Dion Lewis is now......

The "phantom" penalties refs call are bad enough. The Watkins pass interference call was total BS, and the Bradham pass interference very questionable. You know there are going to be a few of these every game. The number of un-sportsman like conduct penalties, the ones the players can control, were killer. We aren't good enough to overcome all of these mental mistakes.

Penalties and lack of discipline on this team (coaches and players) is disgusting - big reason why I couldn't stand Rex when he was in NY. It's tough enough to beat New England - lack of discipline gave them drive starts on our 13 and 30 yard line. You CANT do that against this team if you want to win.

He hasn't had a chance to prove anything yet - EJ was benched after a 2-2 start with Nate Hackett as his O-coordinator. Hardly a reason to bench a second year QB who missed most of his rookie year due to injury.
