  2. No, not Australia....but a close 2nd....WNY! I have sold my house in Plano, TX and bought one in Rochester, 14621. I'm beyond excited and already have my season tix. My son Matt and his gf Kaitlin are escaping TX as well and will be staying at my place until his commerical building in Midland, TX is sold. Will be driving up with my dogs and arriving about 8/26. Cowgirls fan is driving up with me to keep me awake then she will fly home. Glad someone could ride with me...it's a long bloody way. i CAN'T WAIT! 1ST STOP? Wegmans and any pizza place for some decent wings. See you soon!!!
  3. I basked out by the pool today...72 degrees.
  4. I hate war. But love great acting, cinematography, realistic special effects and good directing. So I LOVED this movie and glad I saw it on the BIG screen instead of my PC or TV. The only glitch for me were the fake baby scenes. I was disappointed in Eastwood's decision to shoot those scenes that particular day after the real baby took ill...rather than wait a day until casting could have provided another baby.
  5. Section BK 209 Row 15. Seats 179-182. Staying at Ebury Hotel near Victoria station. Arriving Thursday. Friday all day is the hop on, hop off bus. Saturday is the NFL Street party on Regent street and the the local Bills Backers party at night (sadly it's on the other side of London from the NFL activities). Tubes stop at midnight, but we will figure something out. Sunday, get up really early and fight the crowds on the tube out to Wembley. Monday..all day tour to Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge. Tuesday more signtseeing. Tuesday evening, night ferry across to Caen to see the D day beaches and cemetery...then train to Paris on Thursday. a couple of days sightseeing in Paris and flying back on Sunday. Di
  6. http://www.nfluk.com/events/regent-street.html The NFL street party on Saturday, October 24. Additionally, having done it already a few times...if you have only one day to sightsee...I highly recommend you use the hop on, hopoff double decker bus. You pay one price for 24 hours and they have stops at every must see location. You can get off for a bit andthen get back on another bus. They come every 15 mins. This is the one I liked the best...www.theoriginaltour.com.
  7. Excellent Mbossman2. Thanks for the hard work. Also, info on the NFL Saturday Street party is as http://www.nfluk.com/events/regent-street.html
  8. Tom Brady press conference moved to today at 3.45EST on ESPN.
  9. This is confusing. There is also a Bills in London thread in the Tailgate section. Admins.. can you please fix??? HUGE NFL party on Regent Street on Saturday. Y'all really need to register at www.nfluk.com so you can get your info direct
  10. Go and register at www.nfluk.com. The NFL is doing a huge street party on Saturday. They really turn it on for the London games. This will be like going to a Super Bowl.
  11. Game is Oct 25. 8 ticket limit unless you're a registered ticket broker or licensed travel agent. You can check the Bills website for their official travel packages. I've chosen to handle my own plans. Dont feel like paying the extra premium by using a 3rd party.
  12. Hey Deschanel 13. Just go to a Bills Backer bar. Where in TX are you?
  13. Hey everyone. Non premium seats will go on sale tomorrow (Jan 19) at 10am London time. Ticketmaster.uk. For full info please go to the NFL UK website. Www.nfluk.com
  14. Ouch! If played on Monday night, wouldn't it be on NFL network for out of town fans?
  15. I do the same thing. Plan my whole life around the season and possibility of the post season. Other than Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, I never commit to anything with $$ involved other than flights and tickets for Bills games. So no, you're not a horrible human being..you're just a good Bills fan. Now, your wife on the other hand? Perhaps you need to train her better
  16. My hotel reservations are already made at the Premier Inn Wembley stadium. Central London hotel prices can be very high. It's cheaper to stay out a little and take the tube in for sightseeing. Now just have to figure out how to get game tix.
  17. Became Bills fan in 1987 when I moved from So Calif to WNY (I wasn't a football fan until then). Moved to Milwaukee in 1995, Pittsburgh in 1997, Dallas in 1998. Have been stuck in Texas since then. I would cut off body parts before I would ever consider switching my loyalty to another team.
  18. I will bring some Sahlens hot dogs, buns, Webers mustard and relish Will also bring a large pack of napkins.
  19. 2 general please Eric. One for me and one for my son Mathew and his GF.See you soon!
  20. DFW, Austin and Houston Bills Backers have put together an awesome weekend of pre game parties and Sunday tailgate. Please go to the Houston Bills Backers Facebook page for hotel and party info.
  21. No firm rule. Depends on the probation terms, the offence, the county and the PO
  22. Thanks for the clarification No Saint. I do know that their uniforms and travel costs are paid though. And they are helped with liability and medical insurance. They travel by bus. Got to respect their total love of the game. I went to a few games last year and was surprised by the quality of play.
  23. I'd be there to tailgate with Mead. No doubt about that. My family knows that the Bills come first during football season. We will just have our Thanksgiving on Saturday instead. I was unemployed and living in WNY last time.Couldn't afford to go.
