agree 100% with our offense they really are ok with score touchdowns give up field goals... to this point save 1 game where Baltimore just ran on us like we werent there its worked. I think that once you get inside the 20 the field compresses and you no longer have to worry about getting beat deep...

We could start by getting defensive tackles that can hold off OL from wrecking our LBs and safeties. I would say Oliver and Jones are not worth the price of admission on their contracts. However, we are not going to miraculously find to monster tackles that shoot gaps and blow up plays before the end of the season. So out side of going to a straight 4-3 and taking Taron Johnson off the field I dont know... more run blitzing... I think mostly you need to play to conditions... stack the box in cold nasty run game weather and force them to throw... or just roll with it and play the style we have been playing and hope Milano comes back strong as a run disruptor. I do see replacing Jones with a monster tackle (either FA or Carter) in hopes of getting pressure off of Oliver and actually getting some production for him... not sure they are looking to ditch his contract at this point.

Like this... he is not an upgrade in theory to a number 2 WR... but, you know I am glad he is on our team.. just seems like a good locker room guy, a leader, and every now and again he comes thru with a really nice play, first down, big block or like last night a TD... not the fastest or most shifty, got some size in his own lane he is fine out there... but probably more important in the locker room... dude is serious about winning, but keeps it light and fun... watching him point in the middle of the JA17 TD run against the Chiefs was just classic...

I dont feel bad for the Jets, their fans, Woody, the organization etc... but I actually do feel a little bad for the interim coach with that $h?t sammich he got left on his plate... tooling along with a nice D ... then boom... eat up buddy LOL

Strictly from an OCD standpoint an odd number of games seems weird to me... that being said... 18 games seems like a lot... I think the NFLPA would definitely want to have to cut down to two or one Pre season game... definitely have to add another bye week... and likely expand the 53 to 57 just from sheer attrition... but the cap would go up based on revenue increase from the new games. could however in some small way benefit us if the season went later... more cold weather games...

I wouldnt say one way or the other... I am just in this head down focus... beat the Rams.. and then look to the lions.. we play who plays against us... go 1-0 move on to the next week... until we win the last game of the season against whom ever we play if we are fortunate enough to do that.

It seemed that way looking at it on TV... like they were loud but not as insane as the prior two games... I wonder if the fact they had to shovel 3 feet of snow just to get to the game and shovel their seat had a dampening effect on the intensity LOL... but seriously, credit to everyone there, it wasnt a normal game day.. probably lots of effort just to make it in...

I served Roast Beef... currently Roast beef is 5-0... to make my contribution more compelling, this was a late game... we had gone to our friends house for dinner.. came back stuffed... then they came to our house for the game... I forced everyone to eat a RB sandwich at half time... they were like no..... and I was like dont you f45k with my Karma... eat! .... and they did... so clearly, I am the reason for this victory and you are all welcome... now I gotta go put on sweats... 😆
