  1. I think also he’ll serve as a cautionary tale for Coleman and maybe a bit of a mentor.
  2. This is good leadership by Josh(as is all the marketing around Coleman by the Bills to take some of the resistance off of him and get the fans to support him) to make him feel part of the team and wanted. Great. Not so great, Josh has not shown himself to be strategic, he is more gut and reaction and I'll tough it out (hero ball for example). Coleman may have a lot of upside and I'll admit that deeper review makes me less disappointed in the pick. But Josh thinking he can make up for Coleman's lack of speed is a recipe for heart break. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I am. Also Josh and Diggs had a real bromance until they didn't, hard to maintain the infatuation stage. * Side note, and I have nothing to back this up with, but personally I think Diggs soured on McDermott and that caused the rift between him and Josh. * I hope the pick works out, that Coleman surprises (and Samuels). Go Bills.
  3. I mean I hope so. Just seems like they don’t have to take away Diggs and we still won’t have any one to make them pay for it. I like kinkade a lot, hopefully he can be a Kelsey style target and open up shakir.
  4. “Coleman might lack the athletic traits to be a well-rounded WR2. Instead, keep an eye on him as a big slot receiver who can be a red-zone specialist.” NFL.com vomit. slower Gabe with slightly better hands? Beane being to clever by half me thinks.
  5. This sounds like a good price for Chicago at 9, they have few picks. (And yes I’m going to throw Knox in there again as a sweetener, just don’t see his value vs a cheap FA and kincade)
  6. I get the bean counters thinking one Uni = $ so three = $$$. But seriously. This is not how to build a brand (no pun). H-town has a rising star QB and lots of hype and they decide to introduce three unis to a new national audience. the dark looks very ATL. the red helmet with the horn, good start but no contrast between black and gloss cherry red so the horn is lost btw Minn wants to remind you they have a white horn so don’t even think about it. This might be why the black on red. the H logo helmet. Just dumb. No need ($$$ I guess) for this helmet and honestly the H would be better as an accent to all the uniforms on the shoulder or left breast or integrated into the logo (which they seem to have decided they HAVE to keep) which only makes things more confusing. finally if you hide the uniform with lots of cropped photos and busy backgrounds, maybe they aren’t quite and cool as you think. But what do I know.
  7. Honestly the hardest part of this would be playing four (4) quarters.
  8. Chicago needs picks (only 4), and it’s a deep receiver class. I Think swapping 28 for 9 + the ‘25 second and a couple/three (4,5,6 round picks this year) and Knox (with a new team friendly deal) could get it done if Odunze slips to 9. vet TE who worked with a developing Josh Allen could be a nice security blanket for their new rookie QB.
  9. Chicago at 9 has only 4 pics, they will get their new QB at #1 and maybe they hang around at 9 to get a WR but with only 4 picks and having picked up KA, I think they can be moved back... BEARS (4) 2-Round 1: Nos. 1 overall (from Panthers), 9 1-Round 3: No. 75 1-Round 4: No. 122 (from Eagles) We send Knox (has experience with a young raw QB can help the transition), #28 and a few mid to late round pics (say 4-128, 5-144 and 6-200 this year) so Chicago can fill out a roster on the cheap and we get #9 so we can draft one of the two best WRs left ( I don't think NE takes one, Chargers will obviously since they let Keenan Allen go... to the bears. This works for the Bears, two experienced receiving targets and some mid to late round talent to fill out the roster, bills get more salary relief (Knox especially for a player who will be struggling to get playing time from Kincaid, and we don't need all those camp/PS players from the late rounds of our draft. BILLS (10) 1-Round 1: No. 28 overall 1-Round 2: No. 60 2-Round 4: Nos. 128, 133 3-Round 5: Nos. 144 (from Bears), 160 (from Packers), 163 2-Round 6: Nos. 200 (from Cowboys through Texans), 204 1-Round 7: No. 248 Mock Draft 3.0 https://www.nfl.com/news/lance-zierlein-2024-nfl-mock-draft-3-0-giants-trade-up-for-qb-drake-maye-wr-ladd-mcconkey-to-chiefs Draft picks by team: https://www.nfl.com/news/2024-nfl-draft-every-team-s-full-set-of-picks
  10. This was not what I was expecting. It does make some sense. Especially for getting out from the cap hit 2-3 years down the road. actually thought the trade would be with Seattle for Knox to move to 16, which still might happen, Knox seems to be a luxury we can no longer afford. i do want to push back on the Diggs is a cancer, his season when down hill with Brady, who call all those stupid WR screens. Sure he missed a few, painfully, but also Brady had a -art in that. We’ll see Brady will get his guys and have no excuses. also I don’t think we can underestimate the McClappy effect… Dabold, Fraizer, and the choices of and failure of Dorsey. seems to me Diggs & MD were oil and water. I also think Diggs felt the crushing loses the most. (Remember that catch he had to take the lead vs Arizona, that catch was insane for him to watch MD’s defense give up the hail Murray him staying on the field after 13 seconds). He really might not have had another run in him in buffalo, and Huston is the new hotness, I think he’ll have a great season there. Thanks to Diggs for making the last 4 years fun to watch. on to the future. I don’t see how we are not moving up far to get one of the top three. Fingers crossed the one we get is the new Justin Jefferson. Think we also get another FA and late round receiver. As the late Vonte Davis said “it’s a young man’s game” now it’s on Josh to develop players.
  11. I really wish the bills had beat the Chiefs. We would’ve beat Baltimore and the Super Bowl. We’re watching right now would be interesting in competitive oh well.
  12. I love seeing her celebrate her football player boyfriend make great plays. Grow up and learn to enjoy others happiness. Srly.
  13. Grow the f up. Seriously are you scared of a successful and talented woman who has millions of fans. Sad.
  14. Agreed. Additionally you get an established OC /former HC and maybe you can keep him for years because he'll want to win championships having scratched the HC itch.
  15. We need a grown up OC. No slight on JB, but Josh needs and deserves an experienced and creative OC. Josh grew under Daibold, and has leveled out since he left. This video is the opposite of the Kurt Warner video of the Bills offense. Creative, players are open and the defense is left watching. Mind you mahomet makes some f-great throws but nothing Allen can't make. https://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=0016dhWb3jM49u65rk6AXatyqGe1CFX8LtkZHkvFZD16SL6KV31wcilgC_4RTN-9Ujg6P7QLvlT9_W8exd4QB5K_GkwOVYoyLdi6XbYviHZBL5uc9RtNmUSxCwR4Eq5BRvYsOLs2YTq9ruel_W828onrQ6tTjcIZLaZq8qkPownTrg=&c=rtSpLpxp6u2U6FYuF3IPQedgZj2EtNVhpF3MQ3_jLLm8g7CqrA1cJw==&ch=ExBvTzyFdeGSuxDZVPjd8-IEc5uyFjZgfn52KRZDhtI-_RmgQFRZow==
  16. Let him go. This offense is broken. The details of the routes are why Josh doesn’t have “open throws” like other QBs. Routes are bunched, players are tripping over each others. Josh is making amazing throws, and escaping the pocket but he is very rarely getting any help from the OC. So may reads are hard, so may routes are blocked or congested. And like him or lump him, Kurt ran the greatest show on turf, won a superbowl MVP and doesn’t have half the talent of Josh. Josh’s talent will come back to the mean now is the time to set him of got the back nine of his career. McClappy is not the guy to do this. A quality OC will challenge him too much, besides the game Sunday was another one of his wet dreams, ball control kinds games and the result was the same. I think of Elway’s career and him not winning it till the coach and team was built to win and not built to rely on his “magic”.
  17. Agreed, but let’s add Josh to this he needed to take the short across the middle to Diggs on second and Kinkade on third to make a short 4th or the kick 6-8-9 yards shorter. Might still miss. Also while we are at it why did Josh not run they had time outs. Move him outside the pocket, make KC defend the whole field. anyway seen so many of these games I’m numb and sad but nothing really to be done about that game. I think next year could be ugly with the cap age and lack of talent all over the roster. Exactly, well put.
  18. That one’s on Josh he should’ve hit Kincaid underneath. Worst case it’s fourth and one. That’s game wide right. JFC.
  19. I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again number 10 is the man.
  20. Here’s the real question do we think anyone besides Shakira can catch a ball? How about digs? How about Sheffield? How about Hardy? Heck what happened to Kincaid and Dawson Knox?
