Mahommes was ranked by PFF last week as the worst offensive player for Kansas City , was something like 27/27. He's been bad a good chunk of this year. Even chiefs fans are now admitting this. What makes you think putting Wentz in is "conceding the #1 seed"? I think Wentz can easily go 1-1 over the next 2 games . Rest up mahomes and then have him come back for the broncos game.

It makes sense. They're going to play two games in 5 days vs. Good Physical teams. The chiefs know the bills are going 3-0 , meaning they need to win 2 of their last 3. Theyre hoping and praying that Wentz can manage to win 1 of the next 2 games.

They hold tiebreakers over Pittsburgh and Baltimore and still play Baltimore so its entirely possible they sneak into the #3 seed. In which case I think id actually prefer the #2 seed over the #1 seed! The Denver game could be interesting. Could be a situation where if Denver beats kc they drop to the #2 seed, which Denver would face in the first round. So Denver may have its choice of facing either the bills or kc.

Let them score or at the very least let them get down to the 15 or 20 yard line on the first play. Then play normal defense, FG or TD is fine . At least That way you only let them run a minute or two off the clock and you are guaranteed to have the ball last with a chance to win
