You do with his skill set. Just because a team was stupid enough to put him in a box,doesn't mean we have too. Bradys offense needs 3-4 guys and a RB who can fit any position on the field at any time. I wish fans would get this already. Imagine a defensive coordinators nightmare not knowing for sure on every play who X,Y or Z really was on any given play. For years Diggs beat the best off the line. He isn't "big" or overly fast.

Somehow fans got in their heads an X WR needs to be some big guy. The X needs to be able to handle man coverage, win off the line, and have a good route tree. Diggs and Samuel can both do that. Hell maybe Shakir as well if given the chance.

I think it's 2 fold. 1) that was their offseason plan and just simply announced it. And 2) they were maybe trying to mitigate the fan base crapping themselves wondering what the plan is at Center like they are at Safety? If so,#2 failed for both Safety and Center.

Ok hold on, the only thing he did since the combine is re hydrate. 10lbs since then was lost water weight due to being sick, and that is water his body was used to. I wouldn't be shocked if he does improve on just about everything vs. His combine performance.

Is there an impact starting DL at or below 28? If not get the WR. And so far I don't trust Beanes scouting of DL. Move up and take a closer to sure fire thing at WR.
