This front office and coaching staff seem scared to upset the egos or sensitivities of players. Look bring in a decent kicker that can take Bass' job. If he can't handle it, tough **** he is the wrong guy (which we know anyway).
If he does well, extend him. He is a true #1 WR in this league and doesn't show signs of slowing down yet. 2 years 36 mill is what I would offer. Imagine if he can help Coleman get up to speed.

And by having him, if they shift coverage, it frees up others. I believe in Coleman, but the kid is a rookie. I think he is going to work out fine, but we need a #1 WR
