  1. He is worth like 15 billion dollars or something. He doesn’t need money. He needs his ego fed 24x7 at all costs. Parsons is the same way. when they sign his contract this weekend they will both be laughing about all this.
  2. What on earth are the saints doing? That fourth round pick could be like 10 spots outside of the third round at the top of the day on Saturday morning. and then how did Denver get them to throw in a 7th rounder also? good lord.
  3. He is going to be a lot better than wr most teams will make available, if Buffalo does make him available. in a perfect world Buffalo could find someone with a safety who is a veteran who just isn’t fitting in or gets outplayed by draft picks somewhere and could come here and help right away.
  4. Teams with needs this time of year will happily take his contract if he can help them. I personally do not see them moving a proven veteran even with his warts and I still think they are worried about relying on one of the unproven players among the wr.
  5. I would like to add that I am disappointed to hear the coaches using the term “Flash” in regards to players. seems like that is for jackasses like us online. Everytime I hear the term I cringe.
  6. Ed Oliver has a horse named panty snatcher? that is my takeaway from the episode.
  7. Teams are always looking for tackles. All year long.
  8. Houston is going to be excellent. Their defense is going to be top 3 or top 5.
  9. Nothing about Forrest should have led anyone to believe he had any chance to be a starting player here.
  10. If they were going to bring in another veteran safety I guess the one tradeable chip they have that teams would actually want would be ryan vandermark if Buffalo is actually willing to move him. Probably just brings back a depth level safety though someone like markquese bell in Dallas who can not play the run at all but is decent in coverage.
  11. Pretty much all of PFF and the ESPN lists from coaches/executives on the top safeties are 1st or 2nd rounders. There are a couple of third and one fourth rounder and then reed blankenship who was udfa. The problem here is not when the bills take safeties its who they take. Cole Bishop was perfectly fine being drafted where he was, the 40's and 50's is where most of the top guys were drafted.....The problem here is The Bills front Office continues to miss on defensive players. It is the weakness of the organization. They simply can not identify top talent in the draft on defense. then this year they just completely lost their minds and had a horrendous group of free agents on defense trying to make up for the mistakes in the draft. its been a rough stretch going back about 2 years for the front office when signing free agents and specifically defensive players.
  12. after driving most of the NYS thruway this summer and seeing the signs all over western and central ny it seems grass is legal.....so the bills are just giving the people what they want. You don't want that! Hank sold lies!! St. Augustine gets a fungus/disease everytime it rains more than once a week. I used to love this grass and now I hate it!
  13. I just do not think that is happening. If anything they don't believe shavers/hamler/shenualt can get open vs nfl db's i would guess. or They are going to cut samuel or send him to IR.
  14. I remember in the 90’s star players used to leave at halftime of preseason games. arrogant Troy Aikman used to do this all the time. now we have all 22 game film and can analyze everything along with the backwards hat YouTube scouts and endless sports radio guys with their beards. there was a time when I would never even consider watching a pre season game.
  15. their season is probably going to come down to what happens with the four games vs Boston this weekend and then ultimately how well they play against the orioles. Baltimore might decide the east. NY has 7 left with Boston and 7 left with Baltimore. They also have 7 left with the white sox and 3 vs washington. If they can get 3 of 4 vs Boston anything is possible for this season.
  16. Hey leave baseball out of this. Plenty of people are watching it and the next 35 days in the run to the end of the season is going to be awesome. There are as many or more great young players in mlb than the nfl. There was only one baseball game on last night and it too was pretty great with the mariners and mets playing in williamsport. if you are not watching mlb you are missing out.
  17. Thats not bishop getting beat in the second clip. Bishop is on odunze over the middle. Erik Turner just pointed out that because the bills didn't game plan they just let bishop take OZ the wr there in the TD play, he said in a real game the bills would not let him take oz there and would end up taking kmet.
  18. how could he take adavantage of a situation where the ball isn't thrown to him or is thrown over his head....or as in the one play was tipped and knocked down?
  19. ok I have to get back to work. I will watch the second half and add some plays later. I will say this after watching the all 22, Mike White was Terrible. The interior of the oline struggled. Strong and Hancock made some mental mistakes it appears that led to blown coverages. Strong is a poor tackler and looks uncomfortable chasing the ball carrier in open space. Hoecht looks like he is going to have some issues playing the run based on this first half, which means nothing. Dorian williams was all over and looked to be playing with the most energy of anyone on the team. Moore was open repeatedly and did not get a catchable ball or got no ball. He is a lock for the roster.
  20. Safeties appear to make a mistake here, seems like Hancock but I am not qualified to say. Gore is wide open and White doesn't throw it to him and takes the sack. Hancock with another excellent tackle inside the five Moore open yet again and the ball is air mailed.
  21. I have been scattering these in various threads. I am just going to make a thread for them and add as I go. Here is the bishop play where he (They) gave up the Touchdown Bishop covering Odunze in the slot Moore getting open on a crosser on 3rd down but ball goes to Latu. Moore getting open again on an arrow route but the ball is tipped. Hancock seeing the run and making the tackle for a loss Hancock making a play on the back in the crowd inside the 5 Dwayne Carter, Dorian Wiliams and Hoecht blowing up a screen (i forgot to remove the audio here, was listening to sal) Strong and Hancock appear to communicate before the play but then one of them makes a mistake here and doesn't pick up the underneath crossing route. Coach Addae is immediately yelling at one of them.
  22. Moore getting open on a great arrow route but the ball is tipped.
  23. Hancock again with a nice play to stay clean and slow down the back.
