They still would have had hope because of who they play. Now they are in a situation where they can steal the 7 seed. The way they played tonight they are going to beat pittsburgh and cleveland.

This can work out perfect. The bengals losing a close game is exactly what we need. They will end up to far out of it to be in the hunt in a few weeks but will stay play cleveland and pittsburgh tough.

That is not exactly true though. If the bills go 4-1 with the loss being Dallas they would finish 10-7, 4-2 in the afc east, 7-5 in the conference and 3-2 non conference. For instance, the Broncos are 3-5 in the Conference with two games left vs the chargers and a week 18 game at the Raiders....week 18 games are as unpredictable as week 1 games. The broncos could split with the chargers making them 7-7, lose at detroit, 7-8, beat the pats 8-8....they could be 8-8 with a 5-6 conference record heading into week 18 at the raiders. the steelers and browns are both 5-3 in the conference. Pittsburgh has the colts bengals and ravens. They could lose all 3 plus they play at seattle. The browns have the jags, texans.....and a week 18 game at the bengals. They could lose all 3. What the bills need is to win all their afc games and hope the bengals can screw up cleveland and pittsburgh's seasons.

Well the team needs to find a way to play better 4th quarter defense and the special teams have to somehow improve because they have been poor all year. Its interesting that the Bengals could be the team that helps the bills again. If the bengals steal the games vs the colts and browns that could help the bills sneak in at 10-7 in the 7th spot.

absolutely. I pointed out two weeks ago that the eagles game was not a must win but KC is. The eagles were ripe to be beaten and are not as good as their record. KC is playing exactly to their record. They are a very good not great team with a fantastic qb. Playing them in KC will be the issue this week. Its going to be 7 days of we didn't get any calls in KC and then the officials will over compensate next week and everything will be a penalty. I can only imagine the whining Big Fat Andy Reid is doing this morning to the league. If the Bills win in KC this week imo, all is forgiven and its the reset button on the season. Buffalo can beat Dallas in Buffalo, it will be similar to the eagles game. Then they can find a groove. Lose in KC and it will be near impossible to find a way in.

I also have another question....I am not or offended or any of that stuff but... why do the eagles have nfl apparel with the Italian flag on them? I have never seen that before? When did the league allow this? I mean I understand Sirianni's 87 IROC definitely has the italian flag on it but why does his official nfl apparel have that. was this a one time thing or has he always worn that?

The texans plays the colts and the browns. The colts play the steelers, texans and bengals The broncos play the chargers twice...and finish at the raiders.( and the lions in detroit) The browns have jax, the texans and the bengals. The steelers play at the colts and at the ravens and also have a game at seattle Most of the teams buffalo is competing with are going to get a few more losses and in the conference. Denver might lose that game at detroit. The browns and steelers could both finish 9-8 I thought it was over but there is a long way to go and the bills could steal a wild card spot if denver loses two more games which they definitely can.

I fear the steelers are actually going to get better on offense and maybe score points with Pickett out.

everything about the eagles is way out over their skies. Watching them come back to reality and slip is going to be highly enjoyable. They are going to get blown out in Dallas. Their saving grace is going to be that Dallas may beat buffalo and if not Philly will be the 5 seed and get to play the nfc west winner which is going to be in the mix for worst team to ever make the playoffs all time. Also how come no one talks about their offensive issues. They came back and won last week when they should have not but their offense was awful the first half and was pretty bad yesterday. anyway, Watching them get blown out next sunday night and the philly media and fans meltdown will be enjoyable for me in a year of misery as a sports fan. If Buffalo can somehow win it is going to be a great sunday. Yes. If the nfl doesn't ban him for life from the sideline then every team should go hire a Joey bag o' Donuts look a like for Dom and have him pick a fight with the other teams best players....Voila they both get ejected and you have an advantage.

a number of things but on seattle's second to last drive down 38-35 Tyler lockett fell down and dropped what would have been another 50 yard touchdown for geno smith. He beat daron bland immediately and would have been off to the races which would have given seattle a 42-38 lead with around 3 minutes to go. He literally just fell down out of his break. The biggest issue however was jason peters was playing right tackle and injured his wrist at the end of the third quarter and went out and they had a hard time blocking in the fourth quarter

Jason peters was playing right tackle. He got hurt in the third qtr and left the game and that side was beat basically on every play the final 3 drives.

Amazing. The officials completely swallowed the whistles on Dallas in the 4th qtr. The 4th down play before Dallas went and kicked the field goal the inside wr was held and there was no call. Looked like Parsons was lined up in the neutral zone on the final drive on 3rd down. Guess they just missed those. This is exactly how this game was going to go. Dallas philly december 10th for the division is one of the most important games of the season. Dallas losing would have ruined the game.

If Dallas blows this game They are going to have a really difficult time catching philly even if they beat them next week. If they are a wild card team and have to play on the road they are not the same team. Hard to see Dallas losing but man if they do and then lose to philly next week they would be behind seattle in the seeding. Thats crazy.
