  1. Except the year before when they were the 3rd seed and still beat us and Balt on the road to get in.
  2. Yours is definitely the more popular sentiment going into this and the last few seasons. It’s probably due to the fact that we do beat KC in the regular season. Then lose close games in the playoffs. So in most fans minds, KC is not intimidating. For me, and a few others, there’s something to be intimidated about a team that sent the Bills home four times in the last five seasons. I agree that we match up well against KC. I also think that KC obviously matches up well against the Bills too. I rather take my chances with a Raves team and Lamar, who can be shaky in the playoffs.
  3. I don’t get this either. It seems like fans have amnesia during the offseason of what the roadblock is. Go back to the last two offseason to read a lot of posts about how Cincy or Balt are more of a threat than KC. Then the postseason happens and we’d get reminded again where the real obstacle is.
  4. Yeah you’re definitely the only one thinking about this for sure. At least in the specific context you’re talking about here.
  5. You’re a psychology ‘expert’ and people acting in a movie bothers you? Sounds like you need to see a psychologist.
  6. I’m not sure as the offense didn’t give us a chance to find out.
  7. That would be ideal. But often unrealistic, especially in the playoffs, against a great team. So whichever side gets the chance to close out a game late should step up and do it. Both defense and offense have failed in those situations in big games. I have more faith in Allen and the offense to get it done the next time they’re in a similar situation. Getting great receivers would help with accomplishing that goal. NFL defenses, no matter how great, get gassed towards the end of games. Relying on the defense to hold up in big playoff games will result in more losses than wins
  8. I thought they beat us because our offense had the ball with a chance to win (both times in the last two years) and couldn’t score. Could’ve used a great wr threat on those drives.
  9. First time here?
  10. I guess so. Driving over the speed limit is an infraction that is fun to do sometimes, especially when you’re a young person. So I can see the appeal of committing that infraction. Being married to multiple women at the same time…not so much fun. lol
  11. I was making a joke that he has 1 wife because the law only allows 1 at a time. I’m not really following your response. Are you saying a speeding ticket is the same as bigamy? Edit to add that he has 1 wife but multiple ho’s and a bunch of kids. Clearly not a very bright individual.
  12. The law only allows 1 at a time.
  13. To Beane’s credit he has secured one of the top OLine in the league. Now if he can only hit on a receiver that, like you said, scares defenses. I guess Diggs was that for a while until he wasn’t. Yeah, McD has to coach up the defense better in the playoffs for sure.
  14. Yeah agree that they need a system to determine first downs. I’m not sure if this Hawkeye system would do that since it can’t determine when the runner’s knee is when the ball crosses.
  15. I get how some would disagree. If that statement is true and Allen can score with anybody then why weren’t we able to have winning drives in the last two playoff losses against KC when the offense had the ball? So if you’re saying Allen can score with any receivers then that means the receiving corp was adequate and it was Allen’s fault they couldn’t score. Most of us don’t think that’s the case. They need more reliable weapons in those situations for Allen. Just from the last two years of playoff failures should tell you that Allen can’t, in fact, score with anybody with the season on the line.
  16. Isn’t that camera stringed up on the sidelines? I can’t imagine it being in the field of play with punts and passes going up in the air. If it’s on the sidelines then the view would still be at an angle.
  17. Allen is great in alot of ways but clutch isn’t one of his strengths. Of the 4 losses to KC in the playoffs he has came through in only one game where you can definitively say there wasn’t much else he could’ve done better. The last two losses he needed to be clutch with the ball and a chance to win at the end but failed to delivered.
  18. I remember him from the Golf Channel broadcasts. He talked too much then and apparently has never changed.
  19. Coleman definitely has Worthy beat in the money management department!
