  1. Doesn't matter. Hillary will say she had nothing to do with this, and her media lapdogs will say "Oh we believe you, we'll help bury this".
  2. It's not her fault, she saw something shiny and became distracted.
  3. Tyrod was a class individual who provided a steady hand and helped end the playoff drought. For that he will always have my respect and I'll never regret he was a Bill. Josh would not be Josh trying to play like Tyrod, nor should he. I don't mind the occasional INT trying to take a chance, and I'm confident some more experience will teach him when to take those chances and when not to. Tyrod almost never took those chances and severely limited his game because of it.
  4. "When I suicide someone, first I throw them a party, because I'm a fun person!"
  5. Because no one holds them accountable. They know the mainstream media will craft a narrative that deflects or downplays anything they say or do, and has for decades.
  6. He knew the media wouldn't hold him accountable, and would likely parrot his comments as real news (which the Today show did this morning. Hey the wife watches it. I admit I find it amusing when that Samantha Guthrie chick tries to pretend she is a legitimate journalist.)
  7. Many male Bills fans will have to see a doctor for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours
  8. Division?!? Playoffs!?!? White noise. This guy has it right.
  9. Might have to change my mind to this. The soft lead up could have the video show clips of people/news articles saying Allen will never make it, too inaccurate, no potential, etc. Then when music cranks and kicks the door down the video could show him ballin', with his first stiff arm displaying while the lyrics say 'Smashing through the boundries, lunacy has found me, cannot stop the battery'. Pure poetic synergy.
  10. I firmly believe some of these power polls intentionally place some weaker teams above stronger teams to get a reaction from readers. These polls are fluff, and should be treated as such. The only power poll that matters is a team's standings in the conference at the end of the season.
  11. Had DirecTV before I cut the cord and got the Sunday ticket free for 8 yrs straight. The first 6 years I only had to threaten to cancel the service. The 7th year the retention rep told me no discounts were available and my best bet was to actually schedule the cancellation because then the system populated with a new batch of discounts to try and keep you.
  12. Good points. I watched him in one of the Colts pre-season games and he looked fairly decent. Poised, lively arm, athletic enough to run one in from like 10 yds. IF (big if) he's found religion (figuratively speaking) and has gotten past being stupid (a daily battle for most of us), he could be worth trying to develop.
  13. The thing is, since it's primary season they are all lurching left to curry favor from the progressive wing, for which could provide a small advantage in the primary polls. Whether or not they believe most of the crap they are spewing is almost besides the point. In the general election, they will make a hard turn back towards the center, hoping to get the moderate voter who hasn't been paying much attention to what they were saying before. The media will help them appear more centrist and won't hold them accountable to what they said previously, because #orangeman bad.
  14. This has been an uncomfortable thread to read for many reasons. I'm trying to make sense of it. 1. Raw meat to the professional outrage seekers. You know who you are. Be better than that. 2. Much respect to Ezra 'Pancho Billa' Castro. By all accounts he was a good man who was a fan of our beloved Buffalo Bills. His creativity on his fandom was entertaining and made him beloved as well. When we learned of his battle, it made him more endearing because Buffalo and it's fans love to support the underdog facing great odds. That people in the Buffalo organization supported him is commendable and worthy of our appreciation. May Ezra rest in peace. 3. Much respect to Jim Kelly, for giving it his all while quarterbacking our beloved team and for his own battle facing great odds. That people in the Buffalo organization supported him is commendable and worthy of our appreciation. May Jim continue to win his battle for as long as he can. 4. Both Castro and Kelly are human beings, and as such have their flaws, same as you and me. Some flaws become known through the media or speculated on through rumor and 2nd hand accounts, and are used to judge. Some judge more harshly than others and for reasons unknown. It's an unfortunate by-product of our flawed humanity. It would be better if we could be more forgiving, or not so quick to find a negative in what may be difficult circumstances for someone. 5. We are all Bills Brothers and Sisters. Cut some slack when you can. Go Bills!
  15. Agree to disagree. They would have won the court battle but risked looking very bad going against Kaepernick who enjoys broad support in the black/civil rights community. https://theundefeated.com/features/how-colin-kaepernick-became-a-cause-for-activists-civil-rights-groups/ A small settlement bought peace with Kaepernick, limited agitating the black/civil rights community, and allowed the NFL to start making other moves to bring back fans on both sides of the debate.
