BTW, these 16-year-old Cover 1 kids offer more insight in a single video than I see in a year from the beat reporters. They're really good. I hope Erik makes some decent money doing this.

If he and Cook continue roughly on this trajectory, the McBeane drafts don't look as bad as the many have assumed. Small sample size for Bernard but I'm hopeful he can be a top-15 MLB which, for the money, is all we need him to be. If he's simply average and not good or a liability, that's acceptable too but maybe he's a little more.

I've read for years a narrative that Moss was/is a bruiser. I don't remember seeing much evidence of him shedding tackles the way Murray or Harris do. Is there some highlight real of his that proves this? I remember him going north south for a few yards at a time but never consistently running through tackles. Also of note, I've read his weight is anything from 223 (drafted weight) to 205, what is posted now and what the Bills said he was for a long time. If you're a slow back and only 205 pounds, that's not the chocolate and peanut butter of hard, chain-moving running. Why take a back with no traits 88th overall? A head scratcher.

Was listening to the Thursday One Bills Live show and Chris was on with Maddy (Tasker off)... Some caller had a 2 questions... one about what to do and not do in London and the second was "how are things with Maddy and Steff..." Brown immediately responded with an irritated tone "we're not going to go there..." and then talked London. So she's back in business but the organization doesn't want to discuss it.

I'm glad for this. It proves to Josh he can be recognized as "great "when he's surgical and efficient. I think every QB who's getting paid hundreds of millions wants to be recognized as great. The claim I read here that Josh was heard/recorded saying "I'm the best athlete in the world!" would support this. His hero ball is probably a manifestation of the desire to live up to the hype. So hopefully this is is positive reinforcement that high efficiency can be great too.
