That's once. I thought another poster was comparing him to Quentin Johnston?

You should apologize for comparing Johnston to Palmer.....or anybody really.

Yeah, I guess my point is that Grant and Harmon could be gone. -
No way to make up anything worse than this.

FINAL v3.0 now LIVE on p.15 - Gunner's 2025 Mock Draft
nosejob replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Give me 30 Grant 56 Princely 62 Porter.... who I really want. He's gonna be a day 1 starter. 6'2-3? 200 4.3 hangs with the bigger receivers, fine in run support and I think he'll turn into quite the ballhawk, a plucker. -

We could very well be having to look at Collins or maybe a Sanders at 30. -

I'll play Beane for a minute. I'm gonna target Seattle. They Have picks 18 / 50 / 52 /82 and 92. I'm sending 2026 1st / pick 132 and 170 for picks 50 and 82. That allows me to trade back at 62 and pick up a 2nd 3rd. Maybe I trade 62 to Jags for 70 and 126. That give us 30 two 2nds, two 3rds, two 4ths . That's 7 picks in the first 126. This is the year to make hay and find impact players at ALL positions of need. I suppose we could target 18 , but I would rather be steady and pick the bolded. If we sit from 62 to 109, what amount of faith I still have in Beane as Gm will be running on fumes. -

I just want to see Beane have some stones and use a pick from next year to create opportunity in the 3rd. ( There are teams with more than one pick in rds. 2 and 3). I do not want to see him trade back or sit on his hands through entire rounds. We pick at the end of the 1st....well every round. Why not keep your picks and use next year's 1st or 2nd to get picks to help put a complete board in place this year. I think we're at the point where worrying about a stock of future picks is stupid....especially if players generally excel year 2 over the rookie season. It's time to think about winning now and have the nuts to take a shot. A repeat of last year IMO is a reason to start looking at possible changes. -
Wide Receiver Train Full Speed Ahead- CHOO CHOO!

Give me Grant/Harmon Princely( Danielle Hunter) Collins (Pat Williams) Porter Thornton(Lofton) Ivey (John Randle) BPA after. We end up with 5-6 starters and our defemse is transformed. Maybe the Ogun will be expendable and Hoecht will come just in time. Our Dline could be Ivey/ Princely Groot/ Solomon Grant/Oliver Collins / Carter AJE and Hoecht filling in on line stunts. On offense I hope we keep Cook, but Thornton is all we need. Samuel is gonna be awesome this year. I hope Josh works on his long ball this off season. But thank you to LEbills for the info. I am intirgued. My bad forgot about Joey. Maybe he'll get 30% before he goes out around week 6 or 7. -

Has Cook talked himself OFF the Bills for 2025

I'm not sold on a mental thing, We will kick their arse next time...as long as Reid doesn't do the usual, draft and sign way better than us. -

I like Cook and he could actually be the outside go route guy that we've needed....if he could catch the ball. -

I don't think that's how they roll. If he holds out or threatens to hold out I can see them rolling with Gore jr./Ty/Davis and a rook. I like Cook. Can't see the Bills doing the bolded. -

You and me both. I believe Bleacher report FWIW, likens Princely to Danielle Hunter.

Yeah, I'm obviously spending too much time daydreaming about the draft. However I'm sure there are GMs that would shy away from a high pick that is very likely at some point to need the knife. Also the draft is still a month away and he hasn't had his pro day yet. -

Abdul Carter could slide to within striking distance for Beane. He decided not to undergo surgery on a stress related foot issue which would have involved inserting a screw and missing 8 weeks. This issue will probably rear it's head at some point and likely early on. That being said, I could see the following as possible. 1. Titans Hunter with a new offensive mind in Tenn, maybe they feel they can right Levis or at worst go QB rd.2 2. Cam Ward IMO the Browns would be stupid not to swing here regardless of what vet they sign. 3. Sanders to the rotten apple. 4. NE Even with Vrabel running things, they gotta have protection. Could go Tet, but take Will Campbell LT 5. Jags opt to go pass rusher J. Walker to pair with the other Walker and Allen. 6. Raiders all over Tet. 7. Aaron Glenn grabs Will Johnson to add to the Sauce. 8. Panthers shored up their Dline. Could see Jeanty here. 9. Saints take Mason Graham here to anchor their Dline against Bijon and Jeanty. 10 Chicago gets an offer they can't refuse from Big Baller Beane. Beane sends 30/62/109/2026 1st 2027 1st. Bills get Carter picks 41 and 72 -
I'd rather take Princely. 6'4+ 260-265. ...in the 2nd

I think we'll see a big move one way or the other. Let's say we get to the Jags in rd. 1 and they take J. Walker leaving Graham and Carter still there. Beane can use future picks as needed for all I care. He can also do what I stated above. But to trade down this year will not be as fruitful as last....and nobody's really thrilled about those results. Since we're always picking where we are, future 1sts should be in play to make the most of a draft filled with talent at needs. -

Grant/ Harmon Princely Collins Porter Thornton Ivey 30 50 56 62 82 109 Trade: 2026 1st/132 to Seattle for picks 50 and 82. They have 2 in both rounds and gives them the fuel for next year. -
