    Sounds like Beane's going with a position of need that has less depth than receiver UNLESS he has the receiver graded higher. That doesn't sound good for pick 28. It sounds rational. But does have me wondering what round he'll take a WR? Unless it's smoke.

    Just reporting what was out there. I have no idea how it would have worked out. It is an interesting take & if true, would seem KC didn't get the 2nd rounder they may have been playing for.

    According to this KC would have gotten the same 3rd round pick if they just let Sneed walk. That means all they really got was the 7th!
