Week 15: Dolphins at Bills on Saturday Night Football
rusty shackleford replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
How about a reverse that goes to Allen with Beasley under center and McKenzie and Brown also spread out wide. Are they going speed or power? Keep them guessing. -

More like how the bear played with Leo in The Revenant. -

Just hope they don’t end up pulling all the rubber pellets to the surface again. -

Haha yeah set the AC to near perfect football temps while being indoors. That should really help them prepare.🙄 -

Tua is going to be so shell shocked by this weather he is going to make his dazed and confused look after his concussion seem more like he was in the middle of studying for the SATs. -

The Bills were forced to relocate 2 games in their history (2014 and 2022) due to snow. Two historic storms just happened to come in a relatively short window of 8 years. It's a pretty huge leap to then assume an average of 2 games a season could be expected to be moved just because we can't afford a dome. -

Crappy weather doesn't move game locations. Only crippling historic storms that cause state of emergency, travel bans, and redirection of first responders will do that. -

NFL Rules on Heaters For Sidelines?

This story makes it confusing around what the rule actually is. Sounds like the rule is both teams need to use the same equipment but the story just points out the Dolphins sideline. If that actually is the rule then it would seem the Chargers had to be using them as well. -
Updated Beasley signing to practice squad

The defense wouldn't find him to be a good Tua simulation; he's way too tough to pretend that. -

Small craft advisory in effect too. Hopefully nobody is traveling into town by boat. -

Sounds pretty manageable. Still better stock up on beer, beef jerky, and edibles… I mean milk, bread, and eggs… -

You and a few other posters had some really good info the other week with the storm. I got better info here than the actual news and weather apps. Seems like we are starting to get into the time frame where we should have a good idea for what this storm is going to be, but it has been relatively quiet so far. Are we looking to have just a normal Buffalo snow with a few inches or could this end up being something significant again? -
Updated Beasley signing to practice squad

That may be true or maybe not, we don’t really know enough what’s going on with him to understand the details. He may have given it a shot and hated plying in TB with Brady. Or he may have had the best time of his career playing with JA17. We can’t really speculate when it comes down to someone’s will to play. At the end of they day he just seems to have something left in him that he wants to put out there and that alone seems like enough to take a flyer on. -
Updated Beasley signing to practice squad

I feel like Beasley’s departure was a lot dependent on what his expectations were for this season. Time tested vets like him have a hard time of accepting what reality does to receivers of that age. He thought his value was way higher than reality. A short stint on the Bucks PS may have made him wake up. A well rested and uninjured Beasley coming in during the last few weeks with a chip on his shoulder, realizing he isn’t worth much more than vet minimum could go a long way. I would rather have a healthy Beas coming into the stretch today than a barely walking Beas facing the playoffs that we have seen the last two years. -

Yeah I know. I was just trying to may an ironic joke of why he would be spotted here but not related to football. -

Hopefully he’s not flying in just to sign the closing papers on his house sale. -

I hate the purely analytical decision making in situations like that. And that’s coming from a financial analyst. Need to combine data driven information with common sense and a feel for the game. Just handed over a 6 point swing with robotic decision making. -
