I apologize for being a broken record, but a 1 tech is needed. Alim Mcneill would have been a great look, but the Lions resigned him in October. Not sure who else is a free agent. But may be a smart place to look in the draft. It will also be interesting if the Bills look to switch D. Carter to 1 tech next year. So far he has been subbing in for Ed O. At the 3 tech.

Not his best day. One of the PI was bad. The one in the 4th quarter was a good call, didnt really matter at that point. It forced NE to have to run another play. But I agree that Elam didnt play his best ball today.

Still searching for a dominate 1 tech. When McD first arrived it was supposed to be Star, then a combo of Harry Phillips/Kyle Williams, then Jordan Phillips and now we are in the Daquon Jones years. Ed is a true 3 tech and although I will agree that he hasnt lived up to his contract, he hasnt had a solid 1 tech at his side. Which also effects how our linebackers play their gaps in the run game. Football will never change, it is always won or lost in the trenches.

I dont disagree with this. Really comes down to inside the 20s. McD defense is usually pretty stout in the redzone. Less grass to cover, safetys can creep up more. The Lions certaintly will be the ultimate test.

Bills still ran heavy Nickle, which should shock no one at this point. It is the McD modus operandi. Until the Bills have a dominate 1 tech they will always get gashed on the ground against good rushing teams, which SF is...also the snow plays a role in this. Its hard enough to read and react, aka play defense. Its even harder to do so when you dont have your footing. Go Bills!

Hoping we can get the job done with Coleman, Milano, Spencer Brown and Kincaid. I know chiefs are missing guys, but very impressive to get the dub short handed.
