1/22/23 GAMEDAY THREAD Divisional Playoffs Bills vs. Bengals
Aesop replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I believe so. Jones is primarily 1 tech and Oliver the 3 tech. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Go Bills! -

Love it -
JA17 needs to hit the check down more often. Teams are going to continue to try to take the top off this offense. With that said, there is clearly a give and take regarding this, considering his ability to extend plays with his legs. Its one of those funny things, when hero ball is successful, we all love it. But when there is miscommunication/turnovers we all grab our pitch forks. Just win baby, Idc how ugly it looks. Go Bills!

5-0 when I turn the volume off after the 1st quarter. -
Exactly. Tackling has been atrocious this year. These three need to be cleaned up before we roll into the playoffs Tackling WR drops 3rd down defense

NFL Week #15 - Fish at Buffalo - Post Game Thread
Aesop replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
This. While it was frustrating watching the fins pick up chunks on the ground, it was all part of the plan to mitigate the effects of Hill and Waddle in the pass game. On a side note, what has happened to the Bills tackling this year? Very concerning. GO BILLS! -

So, I know Beane is a wizard with the cap. But do we think Edmunds takes a team friendly deal next year? Dude is a balling out. PS-God Bless true 1 tech DTs.

The resigning of Beas is big imo. Crowder was supposed to be that guy this year, but injuries derailed that. McKenzie is not a slot and that's not a knock on him at all. He is a fantastic weapon to have, especially with his quickness mixed with pre snap motion. Finding the zone over the middle and manipulating defenders is a fine art. Think Wes Welker, Brandon Stokely, Julian Edelman. Beas understands these concepts and thrives in the slot. The knock on him was always YAC, hence the Crowder signing in the off season. Having a bonified slot is what this offense has missed this season. It helps JA17 through his progressions and opens things up on the outside.

So glad Beas is back. Has such a great connection with 17 over the middle. Plus he was money on 3rd downs. Gettin the gang back together for the SB.

Inventory of reasons why the 10-3 Bills suck

I guess I'm in the minority. 10-3 feels pretty good to me, especially given the schedule this year.
