  1. The only game I remember Oliver playing well was against Detriot, against backup lineman. Ed gets pushed around and can't shed blocks against the run. He's a liability there. I don't trust him to even be in there unless it's on obvious passing downs. Edmunds is way more consistent than Ed. Ed is basically getting paid $10M to be a situational player. Edmunds plays every down.
  2. In a year where we have many holes to fill, giving draft picks away would be a collosal mistake.
  3. I would trade Oliver and offer Edmunds the same deal we gave Milano with some added interest. Take it or leave it.
  4. Has to be last season (2021). He was playing like a man possessed. He literally put this entire team on his back in the KC game and willed them to take the lead with almost no time left. The team was peaking at the right time and had it not been for a massive coaching collapse, that was probably our best shot at a title since SB 25 against the g-men.
  5. We don't need to spend $15M on a guy to do that.
  6. See that's the thing...if we get a legit O-Line and a receiving corp with legit weapons other than Diggs there's no reason we shouldn't expect a backup to be able to have success with those weapons too. The fact we see no hope of winning if Josh is out just shows how much those areas really are lacking and how much Josh carries this offense.
  7. If we could afford him, I'd take him, but not sitting the greatest with the cap right now with a lot of holes to fill.
  8. I know this, but the cologne is cheap and nasty, lol.
  9. So you can't. Gotcha. No O-Line, no effective running game. This isn't rocket science.
  10. Name me all the teams with a great run game that have an O-line ranked in the bottom quarter of the league.
  11. If Beane and Dorsey don't get on the same page, this draft could turn out to be a real s*** show.
  12. Once again, making the incorrect assumption that Cook was drafted with the expectations he would immediately be this elite back who should take over the league on Day 1. Cook was drafted because the McKissic deal fell through. Unless you're going to try to make the claim McKissic was being brought in to be our every down feature back, you're obviously way off base.
  13. He's probably going to want at $15M per and may very well want a multiyear deal. That's exactly what we can't have and Beane has said as much for next season. Signing high priced FA's is not a sustainable or a wise model for building a team. The Bills need to develop players through the draft that are on rookie contracts.
  14. You're now stealing other people's logos? You're a child.
  15. Which makes this whole thing all the more weird. Beane is essentially admitting there's a disconnect between the players he's bringing in and then what that translates to in Dorsey's offense. Seems almost certain Dorsey is coming back, so I really hope they get on the same page because the draft could be disastrous if they aren't.
  16. I thought the McKissic fiasco made it obvious what type of back Beane wanted. Apparently, it wasn't quite so obvious to some. Then, there's zero attempt to add that piece to the offense. Even after the addition of Hines, it never happened. I think it's safe to say Beane had more in-mind for Hines than just returning kicks. Most of Allen's runs are scrambles out of the pocket after protection breaks down or he can't find a receiver, so please stop trying to make it sound like Allen's yardage all from designed QB runs.
  17. But Hall wasn't ranked anywhere near as high as Robinson. https://www.pff.com/news/draft-2022-nfl-draft-board-big-board. Hall was 57 here. Robinson is 18. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/2022-nfl-draft-big-board-top-50-prospects-w0/. Hall was 33 here. Robinson is 4.
  18. It's not a theory considering that's how the Bills use their RBs. You have not even come close to providing any evidence whatsoever that Cook was drafted to be the feature back in his rookie season. In fact, everything says otherwise.
  19. You're the dude here claiming Cook is a bust because he wasn't RB1 coming into the season, and you also can't prove there was ever an expectation he would immediately be RB1 when they drafted him. You clearly don't know what hypocrisy is either, since there's nothing even remotely hypocritical in what I said. I think the expectation was that Motor, Cook, and Moss would split time and that's what we got. Moss not so much. Beane drafting Cook was to make up for McKissic falling through. I don't think there was ever an expectation that McKissic was coming here to be the feature back. He was going to be used in the same manner Cook was, which was never became part of this offense this year with either Cook or Hines.
  20. So you really think the best RB in the draft and probably a top 5 talent overall is going to fall to near the bottom of round #1? I don't follow the thinking there since many teams will either fill by need, which some teams need a RB, or others will just take BPA. Either way, I don't see how that possibly translates into him falling to us.
  21. It was clear going into the season that Motor was RB1 and that was already assumed even with them drafting Cook, so I'm not understanding what your expectations were of Cook coming into the season. They seem to be at odds with the reality of the situation.
  22. It's wishful thinking that Bijan will even be there for the Bills to draft at #27. There are several teams who pick ahead of us that have a RB need. It's time to start thinking realistically and what the more likely draft scenarios are for the Bills because that one is not.
  23. He clearly did not since he basically never tried to incorporate Hines or Cook in the pass game outside of a check-down, dump-off. How many carries is a rookie RB2, playing in a Ken Dorsey offense, on a Sean McDermott team supposed to have per game?
  24. Spending $10M on a TE that can't block makes no sense to this team.
