If we would quit the cutesy plays down near the goal line that have led to a couple turnovers, we very well might have a couple more rushing TDs. I've repeatedly said the need to quit getting fancy and run it right at teams when we're down there.

I don't think the FO was under any illusions that Moss was getting ready to have a breakout year, since if they did, he wouldn't be behind Singletary in the first place, but Motor had a very good week last week with the touches he had and I think Cook is only going to get better with the more playing time he gets. I could be wrong, but I may also be right. He could've scored against Baltimore, but looked to have intentionally tucked it and went down at the 3-yard line. And considering how much we pass, is it a huge surprise we don't have many rushing TDs? JA17 is tied for the league lead in TD passes.

We knew that going into the season. It's not like Beane just woke up at the bye week and realized our backs are Motor, Moss, and Cook. Unless one of them gets hurt and we're down to two, I think it's panic over nothing. And for the record, I'm all in favor of Cook getting more touches now, and if something happens to motor, him being the #1.

49ers must genuinely think they have a shot at winning it all this year with this move. If they can get healthy, they may be right. They have an elite D and CMC gives them a real threat out of the backfield. I'm not saying they are better than our Bills, but I think their front office thinks this is a piece of the puzzle they need. Frankly, I'm glad the Bills didn't try to pull the trigger on a deal like this with that many picks, but I'm going to predict we get a bunch of "I told you so" speeches if the Bills don't win the SB and how we would've if we signed CMC. 😄

We have elite talent and if it means giving up high draft picks to get more, we don't want it.

We barely give the Rookie we drafted any playing time. We don't need to be dropping first round picks on 1/2 season rental RBs. And clearly the bigger need and as the season has progressed, that became even more evident with the injuries in the secondary.

I question his ability to contribute this season coming off that injury, never mind next. That's why I'm hesitant for us to bring him in. I also worry about the media circus that would ensue if we did and it becoming a distraction at the worst possible time to have one late in the year.

Given a couple of their losses last year against teams they should've beaten, I wouldn't call that entirely accurate. Those losses cost them homefield.

Not sure, but it should be common sense that Von isn't doing this himself. Without the push up the middle, Von could easily be double teamed and essentially be taken out of the equation.

Did you not listen to Von after the game? He literally gave credit to those guys and said they all make each other better and allow him to do what he does.

42 yards and a TD of Mahomes stats was Schuster's short catch and busted play. That was on us. Nothing special the Chiefs did.

Only a couple times did they jam him. Just like the 13 seconds drive and the 62 yd field goal drive, usually free release off the line. No jam. Makes no sense. Jamming messes up timing and doesn't allow him to get downfield and find holes in the zone as quickly.

Jamming him at the line would be a good start instead of allowing him to freely release to quickly get downfield and find the holes in our zone.

Possibly, but it's easier said than done. If a team can't get pressure with the front four or three and a spy, it's not going to work very well.

And the new stadium is open-air. If it was a dome or retractable roof, it would be a completely different design, so we don't know how many it would theoretically seat.

Teams like that typically tend to fall into the dangerous category in my experience. They will beat teams throughout the year they weren't supposed to.
