  1. The FBI should've investigated, and they did investigate, except even long after they knew there was nothing there, they then lied to the FISA Court to extend the surveillance warrant and altered an email to make it look like Carter Page was interacting with the Russians on his own rather than acting as a CIA operational contact. https://nypost.com/2020/08/19/ex-fbi-lawyer-pleads-guilty-to-falsifying-documents-in-russia-probe/ They relied heavily on the Steele Dossier and Andy McCabe is on record that without the Dossier, there would've been no warrant. https://nypost.com/2020/11/10/mccabe-admits-he-wouldnt-have-signed-off-on-carter-page-warrant/ And then after the FBI investigated it, we had a 2+year special counsel investigate it and they reached the same conclusion the FBI did, which was there was nothing illegal. It was all for show and they ruined people's lives over it.
  2. Conspiracy is a charge, and they couldn't prove that either. The excerpts I posted show there was no evidence and there was no link established. No matter what words you want to use, they had no case. A loose connection with Russians isn't proof of anything. Trump was a businessman. Of course he had interaction with Russians. There was no evidence of anything nefarious. You saying "it wasn't a clear violation of the law" is an admission that there was no actual crime committed and they could never prove it in a court of law. This entire thing is a giant exercise in semantics. If the report itself showed, no "collusion", "conspiracy", "coordination", "agreement" or anything of the sort, where's the crime? It's like people are claiming all those things happened, even though there's no evidence of any of it, and want history to ultimately reflect there was simply to keep the (false) narrative alive.
  3. Utter nonsense. These are excerpts directly from the Mueller report. If there was legit anything there, the DOJ could have been waiting to arrest Trump after the very second Biden was sworn in. Russia collusion was an invention of the Clinton campaign. https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/20/politics/hillary-clinton-robby-mook-fbi
  4. It seems as though we've either gotten away with what was working early in the season, or we've become too predictable and teams have figured us out by studying film. I didn't think they switched up the entire playbook from when Dabs was here, so we should still have a lot of those plays as options. I think a lot of the struggles aren't necessarily problems with the plays themselves, but more a situation of when they're being called. Last drive before the half yesterday, they were running all sideline routes that Detroit was covering pretty well. The Bills were playing like they had no timeouts when they had 2. Middle of the field was there for the taking. Made absolutely no sense.
  5. He will disappear for large amounts of time and when he does show himself, he's not making the catches he should be. Besides the drops, he's just not getting open either. He makes the big plays here and there, but I'll take the consistency of a Beasley-type receiver over the drop prone, sometimes big play guy any day. The lack of that Beasley-type WR is what this offense is missing. I thought Shakir was going to get a chance to be that guy, but the coaches don't want to play him much.
  6. Outside of Jackson getting picked on repeatedly all game, the defense played pretty well given who we have out. The tackling was indeed sloppy, but I've seen worse. Make no mistake, the Lions have a good offense. People should be more upset how anemic the offense was in this game, but they scored enough to win and made some big plays when they were needed.
  7. The mods could what? Ban people for having a different opinion? Here's a better idea...as long as they aren't breaking the rules, keep scrolling.
  8. We didn't deserve to win this game, but we did. Gotta a lot of things to figure out.
  9. Bet they take an endzone shot here.
  10. Run or pass we always give up too much on 3rd. Never fails
  11. Now we need the D to play their best series of the game.
  12. People don't realize how much not having that Beasley-type guy hurts. I thought Shakir was that guy but coaches must feel different.
  13. We are just not a good team right now.
  14. Walks in for the 2pt. Unbelievable
  15. I knew this O line was going to struggle without Mitch today and with Dawkins going out now, it's just plain ugly.
  16. Now the special teams decides we need to give up big plays too. Geez
  17. It's hard to believe we're actually winning.
  18. At best. With the records in this division, that ain't a guarantee either.
  19. Such poor tackling. It's one thing for the coverage to suck, but then giving up the RAC makes it even worse.
