Far be it from me to defend anyone on KC but being a Notre Dame fan, Drue Tranquil is up there in terms of character players and just an all around good guy. Punching a quarterback in the head would be so out of character to me as to not be believable. I thought he was going for the ball. Football is a fast game

It’s difficult to be consistently great. The ravens game I thought should have been a lot closer but they had to change the game plan when they got behind and things got away from them. Texans was a bit more puzzling but it was still earlier in the season when teams are figuring out who they are. As poorly as we played that game it could have easily been a win

Amari Cooper with two massive catches that helped extend drives and keep momentum

Athletically and physically it would be nice if Bishop was out there but as many have said the mental requirements of playing safety in McDermott’s defence outweigh pure physical ability. Bishop missed too much time and is behind. This off season will be important for him. For those that want him out there rewatch the Baltimore and especially Houston game. Yes Damar is limited but he is our best option

Absolutely watch alone. The only individuals that don’t think I’m crazy are the ones on this board. Since I had kids I find the losses sting a little less but it’s best for everyone involved that I watch alone

After so many years of misery (and a few more to come) I so desperately wanted to believe we had something and for that day and subsequent week I allowed myself to believe we did. That feeling ended shortly thereafter and we were back at square one

Some encouraging things (multiple receiving options) lots to work on (special teams, offensive line, defensive communication) but happy to get a week one win after a terrible first half
