Well this instance it's Russian separatists supplied by Ukraine. They've got some western gear so that makes it very likely at least (that Ukraine supplied them ) There are at least 2 major separatist groups causing havoc in Russian territory. Both want independent states. This terrorist attack today in Moscow may be a false flag to blame one of the groups or Ukraine. Their fatigues were Russian special forces. We'll see, that's speculation obviously.

So the battle for Belgorod continues. Supposedly some of the Freedom of Russia separatists are former Wagner. Maybe they'll recruit more.
