He's made top offenses out of average to above average supporting casts. He's also getting better. The one and only weak point imo is his deep ball.

I dont think any qb carries their team more. Probably ever. How many times has he led both passing and rushing in a game? Not too often this season but many times in his career. He is everything for us. I wish we had another superstar.

He's the best. And without him....we are a bad team. 5-6 wins with an average qb. A couple more with a good one.

He definitely had an ego but I don't recall it impacting a team negatively. Maybe I'm forgetting...

Be interesting to see if the defense steps up. They should be embarrassed from last week. Especially the D line, hung the secondary out to dry. Our O will put up points like they do.

This may be nuts but if possible I would not mind signing a dt free agent for the playoffs. Lure Fletcher Cox or anyone big, strong that can disrupt. I worry someone will run all over us in the playoffs.

No I mean HC. I would replace Mcclappy with Johnson. And he'd be dumb not to think this was the perfect job. Mcd immediately gets hired and turns another team around. In my mind I have zero doubt his def will suck come playoffs.

I truly hope I'm wrong and you are right. But what I see is a coach whose defense has failed spectacularly in the playoffs twice. Yes injuries were a factor. Detroit is winning right now with worse injuries than we had. I think we need to face that our coach is a regular season guy. He can't get us over the hump. And we can't waste Allen's career. Yes. But the NFC does have offenses as good. Eagles, Rams, Lions, maybe even Packers will smoke our defense in the superbowl.

Why do you think our D will play better come playoffs? Our def will likely score us another playoff loss. Defense is our coaches specialty.

Mostly true but I did not like our offense under Dorsey. An OC that doesn't fit can mess with our mojo.
