    Some people want TJ WATT, Josh Allen, Tyreek Hill at EVERY POSITION. if you can get a fair deal you sign Edmunds. The D was noticeably worse when he was out.

    I don’t think one will dominate ala Brady. There is too much talent in the AFC to have a one or two man show. Tua won’t win a SB heck he may never play again. Lamar won’t either. Mahomes, Allen,Burrow and Herbert will rep the afc over the next decade. Maybe throw Trevor Von Helsing in there as well.

    Sure. I’m not saying they beat the Bills or Ravens etc when all teams are healthy. But they are a good team. Should get 10-11 wins and have a shot at the playoffs every year.

    I don’t think it was hope as a strategy I think they believed both would progress, especially Gabe. As far as the Carolina model I hope you’re wrong!

    I wouldn’t say he’s a disappointment. If you’ve expected him to replace bease then yes, but your expectations were too high. He’s a 4th option gadget guy with speed. If he’s used like that he’ll be great. True. It’s a shame Gabe didn’t take the next step and if Shakir was used more. Who knows?

    To truly have a wall of fame only exceptional players should be considered. I liked and respect a lot of the former guys but most that have been mentioned here should not be considered. Here in Edmonton(NHL) we retire jerseys of HoF players only. That may be a bit harsh so perhaps adding fringe HoF guys(ie Tasker) as well as HoFers.

    I think you missed the point. Every team wants to win every year. It’s just different when you’ve made it to the apex. You don’t have to agree it was just a discussion point. And to be honest this has been discussed by others including pundits and ex players in the past. My thoughts as well.

    I can see that playing out. I think had they beat the Giants they would’ve made it to one more and won it. The team would remain a force but not have made it to another SB. anyone who believes that getting so close and losing wouldn’t drive you harder , has no idea. I’m not so sure that had the bills won last season that they’d be here after all the team has gone through.

    Almost 5000 yards and 25 tds? I’m not sure he’s washed. Not as good as he was obviously but still a top 10 QB. It’s his age that makes him less than ideal.
