Bills have a deep ball passing offense so a strong arm is needed. Kyle has a stronger arm that Barkley so is technically a "better fit". But Kyle doesn't know the offense and is struggling. My prediction is Bills carry 2 qbs and put one on the PS.

I don't think the choice comes down to shakir or shorter for the last wr spot. They play different positions. From the last Bills depth chart X: Diggs, sherfield Z: Gabe, Shorter Y (slot): platoon between shakir/Harty Every other WR is competing for 3rd slot position For that reason both shakir and shorter make the team. It will be necessary to give shorter as many reps as possible as gabe will be a cap casualty in 2024. Shorter will need to be ready

He's a rookie and he's going to make mistakes. But at 6'4 230lbs running a 4.5, the measurables are there

For that reason shorter won't be cut either
