i love curb, but holy crap, Larry David is a piece of crap of a human being if that is based on his actual life. love the show, but i honestly despise his persona, which could be an indicator of how brilliant it is in terms of character development in a tv show. JB Smoove is hilarious and I love Jeff Garlin

sure the old clips are some of the funniest things ever(along with the dean martin roasts)...it was the BS in between the clips that made it unwatchable.

i watched parts of it switching back and forth between the eagles games...that show last night was unwatchable except for the clips. the special guests that set up the segments were horrible.

fish or cut bait time begins today. hoping the defense can step up like earlier in the season. would love to see the offense shut everyone up with a dynamite performance. GO BILLS!!!!!!!

hell no! why are you worried about what time the show will end...commit to the evening, spontaneity makes the evening of music so much more fun. My boss is a die hard U2 fan and he goes to multiple shows each tour and sees virtually the same exact show each night....why pay money to see the same thing therein lies the beauty of a dead show....you know you have an intermission to visit the loo and also there's always a drums>space if you need a return visit.

heard a rumor that one of my local wegmans has bourbon county on tap....gonna go seek it out this morning!

and while i am on the beer thread....was at my local bottle shop on friday and one of the regulars brought in a couple beers to share with us. He had a Brewdog tactical nuclear penguin, this was a beer brewed back in 2009 in response to a german brewer that had just produced the strongest beer in the world at 32%(?) abv. Brewdog made a beer and decided to start freeze distilling it eventually getting it to 33%(?) abv. Being that it had aged 8 years, it really mellowed and was outstanding and you would never have guessed it was as high alcohol as it was...it was soooooooooooooooooo smooth. had nice hints of raisins, plums, tobacco.....dang

yeah, tickets going on sale 8 months in advance is crap. it's nice for the artist to know they have a full house that far out, but as usual, the fans get screwed

big release this weekend....already several events popping up in the philly area. If you get the chance to get a glass of this, i highly recommend trying(and i also recommend if you do get some. Order a glass of this and another beer, let the CBS warm up a bit while you drink the other beer)
