  1. I see what you did there
  2. Rapinoe puts herself in the spotlight and was front and center of the equal pay discussion, which is why she gets so much attention. Which, considering she didn’t enter until OT is strange. I’ll be honest, I don’t know how all of that works
  3. That's strange to me that they can't tell where the revenue comes from. Between ticket sales, jersey sales, and the way we can track what everyone watches on TV...how do we not know. I'm not saying it towards you, just overall. I would just assume with how popular soccer is across the world, dwarfing all US sports combined, that the men's world cup would bring in a ton more money. Therefor, based off revenue share, it would make sense that the women would make less.
  4. I get that. But is the money generated by the women’s team even comparable to the women’s? Should Meghan Trainor make the same as Taylor Swift on tour? Hell no. More people want to see swift and pay more to do it. If the women generated more than then men, then the women should then make more than the men. Gender and performance have nothing to do with it to me. They are entertainers and their value is based on the money they generate. If women supported the women’s soccer team the way they supported Taylor Swift, the Barbie movie, or the Kardashians, then the women’s soccer team would be the richest athletes on the planet.
  5. Save this for the next time you woman says an inch isn’t enough
  6. One being the spokesperson for why they deserve equal pay….
  7. Nope. Gold urinal tubs to replace the old ones. I heard they drew the line at fluff era in each stall
  8. With his injury history, it's hard for me that this isn't starting to become a pattern
  9. I would love to know what plan B is here. I agree with a lot of the posters on here that we were dumb to not bring in better competition. Brown hasn't shown those elite flashes in two seasons now. I'm not saying that it's all doom and gloom because of one position, but RT is a big one for Josh.
  10. Is the scrimmage supposed to be televised at all?
  11. Oh, to be clear, I would trade Staunton for a bag of chips and eat most of the salary. I just want to get any savings we can from him. Agreed on all other points
  12. I really can’t argue with you on it, because the stats support you. But in following him fairly closely, this season felt different and not the normal “body quitting on him” injury. There was at least a contact that occurred. This isn’t an injury I think will affect him after this season, unlike the other ones that made me think he was a brittle ticking time bomb of injuries
  13. I know it’s not going to happen because they were just extended, but Cashman and Boone need to go. Cashman even said that he knew the risk of signing players with an injury history, but the potential reward is great. Well, the risk is all we’ve seen and he owns that. The bullpen is a joke. As for Boone, he’s just plain terrible. The players underperform for him and his getting ejected act is pathetic. It’s the only thing he does to try and ignite the team. Almost every players that comes here, performs worse as a Yankee. Then we trade people away, and they do better elsewhere. The clubhouse doesn’t have a true leader and Boone can’t fix it. We have solid players who just can’t perform under Boone and now they are feeding the defeat off each other. At this point, I’d trade Staunton for any type of prospect. Rondon was a terrible signing and they’ve now released that his shoulder issue is chronic. You have to keep Judge, let the young ones keeps develope (Volpe, IFK, Peralta), and see what offers you can get for anyone else. How hard is it to find a catcher and outfielder? I’m completely fine with a rebuild for a few years. It’s one thing to suck when you are restocking the shelves, but to know what these guys are getting paid and to suck? Burn it down if you have to. Judge, I know he’s had an injury history, but he’s been so good these past few years and I’m willing to say the toe was a fluke. Stupid outfield design in LA.
  14. If Josh wins one for the Bills, I’m really curious to see how his career takes off in the media. Or if he marries Hailey
  15. Not sure that beating that right side is an accomplishment. That worries me about Josh more than it encourages me about the pass rush
  16. Crap, sorry. I meant next Thursday. August 10th.
  17. Agreed. Once the pick came, I was good with the choice based on who was available. Going into the draft, OT, OG, MLB were my top priorities
  18. I respectfully disagree. If there were a stud RT available that we could slot on day 1, I think that could be more important than an offensive weapon. Giving Josh a full extra second to process and throw makes everyone better. Not to mention adding a run game. Could Brown pan out? Sure. But look at what Hurts and the eagles did with that offensive line.
  19. I didn’t want them to draft Kindcaid pre draft, because I felt like we had bigger needs. Now that we have him, I’m hoping Dorsey knows what to do with him.
  20. Looking to make the trip with a family friend and kids. Might have 4 already, need 3 more. If you have 4 and don't want to break them up, could be open to that. With it being the first game, I don't expect to see the starters or honestly stay much past half time, so not looking to spend a lot. If anyone has tix they are looking to dump, let me know.
  21. The TE formations is what I'm the most excited about this upcoming season (something I never thought I'd say). With Knox and Kincaid being legitimate downfield threats, the mismatches we can create in both the play action pass, and setup a power run game, has huge potential.
  22. I might have extras for Thursday, but honestly won't know until the day before. If I do, I'll reach out. No charge.
  23. Hey everyone, I'm heading to training camp this Wednesday and Thursday with the kid and had a few questions: -How is the parking and shuttle situation? I had zero issues with the shuttle when I went 5 years ago, but I've been told it's a lot different now. I'm just wondering the best way to get into camp -I know it's a long shot, but my daughter wants to try and get a few autographs. I've seen the videos of kids meeting players, but it seems like they are in a special section. Is there anything I need to know in advance to put her in the best position to meet players? -Do they have the Bills Store setup there? Daughter also wants to get a new hat -Do they have a kids play area, similar to what they had in the practice house? I know they brought it to training camp pre-COVID, but just curious if it's still there Thank you in advance
  24. Oh wow, is this her first public sighting since the incident? I hope she's doing well
  25. Stealing this for the future
