Chris Trapasso? Anyone know anything about him in projecting draft picks? He has Lamar Jackson going #1 to Cleveland, and then the Browns picking up Barkley with their second pick. Giants taking Rosen at #2 and the Bengals taking Darnold at #9. Crazy to think that in about 5 months, we will have a new starting QB. If Cleveland takes Rosen, I hope the Bills can somehow get Darnold. I would be happy with either of those 2.

At 6 - 6, surely some of the top teams (Patriots, Steelers, Seahawks, Eagles) have better active players than the Bills, so you would think they may also have some practice squad guys that could start for the Bills. I see NE has a Edelman clone on their practice squad. I see the Eagles have Justin Hamilton on their practice squad. He was in Bills training camp. Get him back. Do you really believe that? If true, then heck yeah, get Darnold. You say having 2 firsts plus next year's #1 gets us almost any pick. Do you believe that would get us the first pick in the draft?

If they identify a can't miss franchise QB, then yes, definitely trade up. I'm guessing its Rosen or Darnold. They still have TT under contract next year. Maybe they can package him in the deal, to save a pick, and send him to a team (Cleveland) that thinks they have what it takes to make TT a star.

Sorry about that. Things just sometimes get away from me, and I go off on a tangent. I had a difficult personal decision today, and it may be the same personal decision McD has each morning. Iced coffee or hot coffee. I went with the iced. I got a jug of the Caramel Delight and just refill my bottle each morning. It's a personal favorite of mine, but it does cause some internal conflict with me, especially on these cold brisk mornings. My personal favorite for hot coffee is from McDonalads.

Seeing Eric Lee start for the AFCs best team hurts worse than losing the game. They find a diamond in the rough, and they let him go. They hired the personnel guy from Houston (can't remember his name) for a reason, and I would think he wanted Lee (Houston drafted him right?).

The personnel decisions are tough, because we see these guys making plays for other teams. But these decisions weren't about this year. If McD can keep these guys believing, next year with the draft and free agency, 2018-2019 will be the start of something big.

Any difference between Mayfield and PSU QB Trace McSorley?

I don't know much about him, but he looks awesome in highlights. How does he compare in talent and character issues to Chad Kelly or Johnny Manziel, while in college. No, I'm not saying he is like them. Just curious since they too were talented players with character issues.
