    Of the 8 division winners, he had 5 correct and had 7 of them making the playoffs. He also hit the Super Bowl winner. He also had the 49ers, a 4-12 team the season before, in the playoffs. Acting like he’s some sort of hot take artist is completely disingenuous.

    Just messing with you. I never bet on teams I like. I like to pick a team that I have no strong feelings towards either way to follow closely and bet on/against. That’s how TBD got stuck with me a year ago. I pounded the Bills over 6.5 wins hard and won. I lost out on a longshot bet for them to win the division, but it was close.

Building a contending team and maintaining a competitive team are two different skills. I’m sure McBeane has a contingency plan in the likely event that Milano demands an 8 figure annual salary.

    Yeah, all he did is go 4-4 in the playoff game including hitting a 47 yarder at the buzzer. 47 yard FGs under pressure are notoriously difficult.
