  1. But I was told Josh Palmer has great separation numbers by TBD
  2. But I was told Josh Palmer has great separation numbers by TBD
  3. Mike Torico told us perfect timing so it surely must have been
  4. McDermott almost always does the wrong thing and he just did it again
  5. Team is getting absolutely humiliated in their home opener with the opposing team having a blast on the sidelines talking trash What an embarrassment
  6. This coaching staff was clearly not ready for this game Maybe one day Josh will have coaching on par with the best teams in the league
  7. Brady mailing in the offensive gameplan Matched by McDermotts crap defense
  8. For as great as he is as a pass rusher, he has a glaring weakness that completely eliminates his biggest strength Any team that plays against him will and should run the ball to take him out of the game Flashy player, but not worth the contract when he can be neutralized easily
  9. Right in line with what I would consider a fair deal for both sides. Nicely done
  10. They are saying it because he's flashier and more explosive They are confusing that with being better when the Rams don't have to take him off the field ever. He's a workhorse that has produced. Cook has better YPC because he doesn't handle the workload Williams does...this is fact. All things considered...I would say they are pretty much equal. Claiming Cook is better cause of the splash plays doesn't compute when looking at the entire picture.
  11. Eyeballs doesn't work in negotiations FWIW Also, one guy is a complete back that never leaves the field, so when one guy can't do that it's hard to claim he's better More explosive, yes. Not necessarily better
  12. Williams is more complete a back than Cook is, but Cook is more explosive. That puts them at near the same value to me. I'm offering somewhere between 11.5 - 12 per on a three year extension with 24 guaranteed. Take it or leave it
  13. Cook better hope that the Bills don't come back with a lower offer now that the Kyren Williams deal is out I'd be willing to bet Cook has a better deal than that on the table
  14. Etienne is looking at a three way timeshare on a losing team with a bad QB and is set to hit free agency If we can trade for him and let him ball out in a contract year we can let him walk, get a comp pick, and draft a similar player. I'd like to keep our own guys just like you, but if he doesn't wanna play ball and take a fair offer, then you move off of him. The moves I mentioned might possibly work out better for Buffalo
  15. This would probably make the most sense, actually. If the Bills can trade for a player with a similar skill set to Cook like Etienne, he would likely enjoy similar success as Cook. I also believe this is what the Bills think, and it's why they are only going to go so far with Cook in terms of contract extension. Travis Etienne is actually a perfect target that would give us an explosive back with pass catching chops to boot
  16. And that means what exactly? Of course they're behind him. They all want more money
  17. I was in the camp of not paying Cook and giving in to his demands which I thought were too much given that he hasn't shown to be a top back and he's clearly aided by a top flight offensive line and franchise QB. I also didn't agree with how he went about it. Then he showed up for camp and was saying the right things. I was actually leaning more towards trying to find a way to pay him. Now that he's back to being a distraction and not putting in the work it once again makes me feel more like we should not give in to his demands.
  18. I would have rather traded for and paid McLaurin then to have paid Josh freaking Palmer when he hasn't shown to be anywhere near the caliber player Terry is
  19. I'm very confident that Coleman will be much more impactful this season than Josh Palmer, who I see as a bust signing by Beane. Coleman is a young kid that clearly needed to work on things and grow as a player, and all indications are that he has. Palmer has accomplished little to nothing in the league, and there's no reason to believe he will be anything but maybe a slightly better version of a JAG, and that would be because Allen could potentially elevate him
  20. You either don't like Keon, or you overrate Palmer. People can tell me that Palmer gets open all they want, but the production just isn't there, and him being pushed out of the starting lineup also speaks to him not being as good as you and others here claim. I think Palmer is a bust signing by Beane and that his production will not justify the contract we gave him. Keon has a much better chance of actually being more productive in this offense
  21. They should've just signed Moore instead of that absurd contract that they gave Palmer.
  22. So good that he managed 500 yards, one TD, and was relegated to a non starter
  23. If the draft doesn't yield a receiver that is a weapon for Josh, then I would be open to acquiring Pickens on a one year rental
  24. Imagine thinking a dude that couldn't stay on the field in warm and Sunny California is going to thrive in Buffalo in January Not a chance he's doing work here in the playoffs
  25. Still absurd money for a guy that lost his starting job to a guy with stone hands and had one TD on the season
