One dimensional and red zone struggles This team needs to address these major issues, because it's killing one of the more talented rosters and one of the best QB's in the game.

Edmunds is a rockhead. Not captain of the defense material. Give him a task or two and let him utilize his athletic abilities. Asking him to call the defense and diagnose is what's making him look bad.

I can't say they are that bad because the line gets no push and doesn't open up running lanes. The truth is I don't know because the run blocking is garbage.

Mark my words: this team will NEVER win a superbowl with McDermott as the coach. You can keep him and be a playoff team, or you can try to find the guy that has the coaching mind to truly match up against the top coaches you face and must defeat to get the trophy. I know what I would do. Unfortunately, I think management will stay staus quo.

Tomlin is much like McDermott as they both are well respected and create a great Culture. Both are also very flawed and leave much to be desired in terms of GameDay decisions and adjustments.
