Allen is essentially a game manager right now he needs the defense to hold opponents under 20 points or he can't win games. that's the pure definition of a game manager

bring a smart OC in that knows how to work with Allen's talent. if Allen doesn't improve after that then we can move on. realistically Daboll should be fired after this season if we flame out. McD keeps him on and the whole staff will be gone by the end of next season.

we have practice squad players/kick returners out there running routes for us our talent level on offense is a joke. Beane's whole OL experiment last offseason failed miserably. he thought Brown and Beasley were the only two playmakers good enough to sign, despite our massive cap space.

Mcdermott has had 3 years to fix our defense 3 years later we have no pass rushers. no run stoppers. a mediocre LB group and 2 good DB's. Some of this is also on Beane. this whole "process" thing looks to be sinking

any other above average coaching staff would get to 10-11 wins with the schedule we were handed McD and his crew will manage to crawl to 8 wins this season

who in their right mind would flex this game lol NFL likes high scoring games. no one wants to watch a QB who struggles to put up more than 15 points per game.

this season was bad from week 1 since the jets game we have struggled to beat every single opponent convincingly. Even the dolphins and redskins at home gave us trouble. the only reason we got to 6-2 bc we happened to play all the worst teams in the NFL this year. imagine if we played the NFC west this year, you think we win 1 of those games? I'd even take the Cardinals. Right now Allen is being outplayed by Murray. we are a poorly coached team with mediocre talent all over the field.

Singletary probably should have been used in the screen game. but Allen couldn't deliver yesterday. Cleveland's secondary is decent, 4th ranked in the pass. we had plenty of opportunities to score, including right after the safety where we went 3 and out

I can bet Allen outlasts both his OC and his HC here. I'd think the Bills front office would want to pair him with an offensive minded head coach and see what happens. at least until his rookie contract is done.

yup. this might be another 8-8 or even worse 7-9 season. if it happens changes HAVE to be made.
