  1. Even if the Bills win the Super Bowl this season I would think Beane will make OL a priority at next year's draft.
  2. We will have our answer this year. Something tell me Jones won't be able to make those same plays for Daboll that Allen did.
  3. So glad the Canes came back. They played like poop for 40 minutes and still won. In the 3rd P when they found their game they had the Rags on their heels. Shesterkin can only save them for so long. Anyway 1 down and 3 to go until the Rags go home.
  4. Right now going into the season I would say CB. Losing Tre hurts and when he finally comes back then how long will it take for him to be playing at the level he is capable of. Might not be until the 2nd half of the season at the earliest.
  5. Prices for the PSL's can be adjusted (and they probably will) if they are having trouble selling tickets. Happened to the Jets. Behind the end zone lower level they tried to have a PSL fee of $10,000 per seat. When tickets weren't selling they were dropped to $5,000 per seat. Fans had to put down a $1,000 deposit to secure their seats. They were happy when the Jets sent an e-mail saying the remaining balance went from $9,000 to $ 4,000 per seat on the PSL fee.
  6. The AFC is loaded with good teams but I would say the top challengers for the Bills will be the Chargers, Colts, Bengals, and Broncos assuming Wilson can still play at a high level.
  7. Hard to go 6-0 in the division. Even during the Pats dynasty years they usually lost once or twice. Most of the time it was at Miami. I think Brady's career record is around .500 or so at Miami.
  8. Just looking at the picture I would say yes.
  9. That's great that the Bills and Sabres step up and help out. Class organizations all the way.
  10. If she wasn't a kid she would have been booed out of the building. Tonight as an Isles fan I will be cheering Go Canes Go. The Rags barely got by Pitt with their 3rd or 4th string goalie. I doubt they get by this round. Canes in 6
  11. For the record I think both will be here a long time. But if McDermott were to get fired that doesn't mean Beane goes as well. Same if Beane were to get canned and McDermott stays.
  12. I think Terry and Kim Pegula would have something to say about that. Besides GM's and HC's aren't joined at the hip. For example Adam Gase was the one who helped Joe Douglas get the Jets GM job similar to McDermott playing a role to get Beane here. Douglas is still the Jets GM. What happened to Adam Gase?
  13. The Dolphins have the best roster but no QB. The Pats have the best coach but no QB. The Jets on paper built their roster up nicely but its unproven. Also they have no QB. I do think Wilson has the potential to be the 2nd best QB in the division. I am not sold on Tua or Jones. Bottom line the AFCE looks like this. Bills Moe Larry Curly
  14. Why would Beane leave if McDermott got fired? He would probably be the one leading the search for the next HC. With that said I don't see either one getting fired anytime soon.
  15. That will be a hassle for fans who work and/or go to school. You think you have a Sunday game and then all of sudden its switched. Now the work/school thing plays a factor on a Monday.
  16. All kidding aside I really will miss Bills games being played at 1:00. I am happy the Bills are getting national attention but 1:00 starts will always be my favorite time for a Bills game.
  17. You are probably right. I guess the Pegula's marketing research figured they could sell PSL's fees and still sellout a 60K stadium with 50K season ticket holders in the WNY market.
  18. It's really not money well spent. PSL fees are just a way for the owners to financially rape the fans into paying for the new stadium. If its a $1000, $2500, $5000 a seat or whatever the cost is it sucks. I think people can think of better ways to spend that kind of money instead of on a seat they sit in 10 times a year. Add in the fact that the regular cost of season/individual tickets is also going up on top of PSL fees. Unfortunately many people will be priced out from going to games.
  19. Only way he would get fired or the Pegula's might consider firing him is if he lost the locker room (doubt this happens) or the Bills had an extremely bad season like 4-13 or something like that where Injuries DON'T play a factor. Doubt this happens as well. I think he will be the coach for a long time, same with Beane as the GM. Both have done a great job in building the team into a winner and changing the culture of the franchise. If the Bills can somehow win a Super Bowl then that automatically makes McDermott and Beane the greatest HC/GM in Bills history.
  20. Even with Mahomes, Hill, and Kelce plus 3 timeouts it shouldn't have mattered. 13 seconds and the Chiefs have it at their own 25. I will never understand how the Bills blew that game. 23 seconds or so I could see it especially with 3 timeouts. But 13 seconds shouldn't be enough time to get in FG range but it was.
  21. I won't watch a replay of that game. I am not fuming about it anymore as I am looking ahead to the 2022 season. If the day comes when the Bills win a Super Bowl (hopefully Feb 2023) then I will be completely over wide right, MCM, and 13 seconds.
  22. (13) New York Islanders on Twitter: "#Isles News: The New York Islanders announced today that Lane Lambert has been named Head Coach." / Twitter
  23. If he wants back in the game I would suggest starting off as QB coach. He probably could work his way up to OC. If he is really good at coaching then he could probably get a HC opportunity. He is a smart guy and knows football. But his days as a player are over. His last year he looked shot.
