  1. It does appear thing are easing up where I am (NYC/NJ area) as more and more things are opening up. I would have no problem going to a game with 80,000 other people at MetLife. I would wear a mask inside the stadium(that will probably be a rule anyway) and hopefully by Sept things are back to normal or close to it. It would be a little disappointing with the Bills expected to have a good season with a lot of primetime games and not being allowed to have fans in the stadium. I understand safety and health take priority but I hope we can have fans in the stands.
  2. Everyone associated with the Pats, Jets, and Dolphins would be dead.
  3. I would rather listen to him than Michael Irvin and Ray Lewis constantly rant about the Cowboys and Ravens like they do on Inside the NFL.
  4. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/devonta-freeman-rumors-seahawks-reportedly-make-offer-while-jets-and-eagles-also-apparently-interested/ They aren't done looking at RB's to bring in apparently.
  5. Beane seems to have a good handle and understanding of this, the way he has managed the cap. He always talks about building thru the draft and resigning our own players as a big priority. He did go out and sign Diggs but the majority of this core is thru the draft. He also preaches spending responsibly. I really think with Beane the Bills will continue to do a good job of what you just mentioned.
  6. If the Bills can give their fans the same type of run the Giants had with Coughlin then I would be fine with that. The Giants missed the playoffs most of the time with TC but two championships more than make up for the losing seasons.
  7. Brian Flores did a very good job considering the talent he had to work with. Can Tua stay healthy though? If he can then the Fins will be a big threat in the division/conference. Assuming of course they continue to build a solid roster around Tua. With Miami the health of Tua is the big question going forward.
  8. Mike Mccagnan was the GM for most of their horrible drafting/FA signings. Douglas has a 6 year contract. He is going to be there for a while. I think the Jets biggest problem on offense is the lack of playmakers. They have Bell but outside of that who are you worried about? That rookie WR they drafted? I think Douglas will be their version of Beane but one year isn't enough time to make a judgement on him.
  9. LOL. I say this as a Jets season ticket holder. GM Joe Douglas had a good draft and I do think he will eventually build up their roster like Beane did. But it will take more than one year to fix that team. With Gase as the HC they won't win. Every Jets fan I know doesn't like him as their HC. I do think Darnold is better QB than Allen but the Bills are the better team all around. If they can't beat the Jets then this Bills team isn't nearly as good as we thought. I think the Jets are a 6-8 win team. Their D is respectable but the Bills should sweep them this year.
  10. Do you think Brady can get TB in the mix as a "wildcard" team to represent the NFC? I think it will be one of two teams you mentioned as the NFC's best. If I had to pick right now I would go with NO to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. Also if the Bills don't make it then I hope NO wins. I would like to see Brees get another one before he retires.
  11. I would be shocked if they don't win their division but I don't see them representing the NFC in the SB either.
  12. Maybe Josh is following in former Isles goalie/GM Garth Snow's footsteps when it comes to game off the field.
  13. They are good but that doesn't mean they will be the next dynasty. Jerry hasn't won a thing since Jimmy left.
  14. They also had the advantage of playing in a division with Moe, Larry, and Curly. No matter how you look at it their run was impressive.
  15. What the Pats did was amazing but they had/have the GOAT HC/QB during that time. I don't think you will see a dynasty like that again. FA and salary cap make it almost impossible to be that dominant. The league is all about parity which makes what the Pats accomplished all that more impressive. I hope the Bills can have a run like the Giants had with Coughlin with two Super Bowls. Would love for the Bills to do what the Pats did over the last 20 years but I don't see any team doing that.
  16. If they think that fans will be able to attend by Oct then maybe they delay otherwise they will start on time. The NFL is probably the only sport that could pull off games without fans attending since their TV ratings are so strong. TV is where most of their money is made anyway.

  18. I noticed that as well. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If Allen and Darnold reach their potential then that will make for some interesting games between these teams over the next 12-15 years.
