If Seattle at Buffalo 4:25 is true then when was the last time the Bills had a late start (not counting primetime games) at home. I honestly can't remember the last 4:00 start at home.

I am curious to see what the Giants get. They are a big market team and they are one of the NFL's darling franchises. They have basically sucked the past 7 years and this year figures to be no different with a new coach and shortened offseason program given the times. I bet they get at least 1 and maybe 2 primetime games. Also the Bears will get their share of primetime games as one of the teams not mentioned.

I prefer Sunday at 1:00 as well but not only will the Bills get primetime games but also a lot of 4:05/4:25 games with the NFCW/AFCW.

One of the two games between Tampa and NO has to be a primetime game with Brady and Brees.

RIP. A great coach.

Bills at 49ers for a 4:25 start is probably a good bet.

My prediction is 2 primetime games for the Bills. Chiefs at Bills on SNF. Mahomes and Allen. Chiefs O vs the Bills D. Old AFL rivalry. The second is Bills at Jets on MNF or TNF. Darnold and Allen. Rivalry game. If the Bills get more primetime games it will be because they got flexed into them as the season goes on.

They will play without fans if they have to. The NFL brings in 15-16 billion a year and most of that is thru TV. The ratings which are extremely high in normal times would be that much higher if fans can't attend. With the Bills poised to have a strong season I would be disappointed if this season got cancelled.

What was your most frustrating season as a Bills fan?
Greg S replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Most frustrating to me was 1990. The season itself was great but the Bills should have won it all that year. They were better than the Giants. Also 10 years earlier if the Bills could have beaten the Chargers in the divisional round as they were leading late in the game 14-13 but lost 20-14. Win that game and the AFC championship game would have been at home against the Raiders. Buffalo had already beaten Oakland 24-7 early in the season so they would have been favorite and had a good chance to play the Eagles in the 1980 Super Bowl. -
NFL looking into Saturday games if there is no CFB

Speaking of rules I wonder if the NFL will adapt the XFL's kickoff rule. -

I prefer the NFL as well but I do watch CFB especially the SEC matchups as that is the best conference. -
NFL looking into Saturday games if there is no CFB

If there is no CFB that leaves Saturday wide open. A triple header of Saturday football at 1:00, 4:30. and 8:00. That would be a great way to spend a Saturday and most fans wouldn't have to worry about getting up early for work the next day. They should replace TNF with a Saturday triple header. This way all the games are on the weekend except the MNF. The players won't complain about a short week as they don't like TNF for that reason. -
Bleacher report predicts Bills record 11-5
Greg S replied to BruceVilanch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's tough to win divisional games since they are usually hard fought, and the teams are very familiar with one another. With the Bills receiving all of this media "love", you know the Pats, Jets, and Fins are going to be extra motivated (especially the Pats) to beat the Bills. Even the Bills teams of the early 90's struggled to sweep the division. -

6-0 in the division is a tall order. Even during the dynasty years the Pats usually had a divisional loss (at Miami mostly) most years. -
Who is your favorite all times Bills player and why?
Greg S replied to BuffBills51's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Old school - Joe Cribbs. He was the "Thurman Thomas" of the early 80's Bills. Super Bowl years - Bruce Smith. One of the best ever. Post Super Bowl years - Kyle Williams. Played on some bad teams but was proud to be a Bill who loves the area. -
Bleacher report predicts Bills record 11-5

The only game here that I think will be really tough to win is at SF. The other three are all winnable. I would settle for 2-2 at minimum but 3-1 is realistic. Last year it seems the Hawks had to rely on Wilson more so than in years past. They don't have the legion of boom anymore. That game will be in Buffalo as well. Hopefully its a 1:00 start as that usually gives WC teams trouble.
