  1. Needing Elam out there to make a tackle is not a coaching issue. ”play someone else to make a play because the player out there didn’t” is not a coaching issue.
  2. 2 for 4M (but really 1 for 4)
  3. The question is would you rather have him or AJ Klein?
  4. MVP voters don’t care lol. If Allen goes 4-0 in that gauntlet, he will be in the convo and deservedly so.
  5. Thought he was a potential LB trade target at the deadline. Guess the injuries piled up and he’s not the same player, Colts cut him today. https://x.com/dsleon45/status/1727033815422603304?s=46&t=GGNmxHtuMQWK-ZEccAMZsQ Get er done?
  6. They had an early lead and turtled to the end. It wasn’t a shootout by any means. I think I just fundamentally disagree with the building strategies of these teams. You are paying these superstar QB’s a giant chunk of your cap, because teams rightly know they are so important, then they cut corners on the offense around them. I get that defense is important, particularly forcing TO’s, but the Chiefs won it all last year because of their unstoppable offense in the SB. The Bengals almost won because of their star studded offensive cast. I used to disagree because of Brady and how he always did more with less from a personnel, but now I wonder.
  7. The Chiefs have been winning defensive battles all year. That receiver group is really horrific and the chickens are coming home to roost. CEH over Tee Higgins is a sore spot in that org right now. They probably cruise to another AFCCG with a legit WR. They still may get there but woof that group is definitely their Achilles heel
  8. That’s why I look at averages per drive. Accounts for short fields mostly, and smooths out the points allowed off TO’s. coincidentally, Jets are top 4 in points allowed per drive and yards allowed per drive. With an offense dead last in time per drive. Jets D is pretty close to elite if not the best in the NFL.
  9. That shot of MVS slamming the helmet was incredible
  10. Lol bold take 4 minutes ago
  11. What were the stakes again lol
  12. This will be clipped mercilessly if McD does get canned. some sickos have already bookmarked it.
  13. Yeah that’s why I said it was a bizarre Jags stat.
  14. I forgive no one!
  15. Bizarre Douggernaut/Jags stat. Dougie has the second most playoff wins as HC in Jags history. Dougie is their fourth best coach in history by winning percentage. Not to mention beat the Bills head to head in the playoffs
  16. Your second paragraph is completely wrong lol. I would agree. I’m just saying that until that comes, it’s likely that Allen wouldn’t have broken the record yet, if Mahomes had played that full rookie year. I just want him to be a Super Bowl machine.
  17. Allen likely wouldn’t have broken the record yet, if Mahomes had started his first year. so sure. There’s a chance if you retroactively removed games played from Allen, he could’ve still broken the record. but he wouldn’t have. Yet. Agree?
  18. 8 games is a lot of games man. That’s like half a season extra. That’s near 10% of their total starts.
  19. You clearly care quite a bit. Josh Allen is awesome. I think he's the second best QB in football. That's pretty great. Glad we have him.
  20. What is more impressive of a stat, to you? X is the fastest to Y total TD’s, doing it in Z starts. X has the most total TD’s in W years.
  21. That had a lot to do with it too! Josh also being in the Bills' offense has a lot to do with it as well.
  22. Not successfully, yet.
  23. There's no need to diminish anything. This is a great stat. I didn't even bring up Mahomes. You engaged someone else who did. And of course, the reason that Josh broke Mahomes' stat, today, is because Patrick didn't start his first season. Who could argue this?
  24. https://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/mvp/ Looks like Fanduel.
