  1. The first round for Detroit is straight out of the 80s. They took two undervalued positions in the first round.
  2. I think we are going to be playing a ton of Dime with Rapp in the middle. Makes too much sense to me to not be in McD's mind when they grabbed him.
  3. Agreed. Strange's highlight reel looked like he was running through pudding. Sllllooooowwww
  4. By that logic, so was Wyatt Tyler and while it wasn't recognized, Beane knocked that pick out of the park.
  5. If we get a value WR in the third round I'm gonna faint from happiness.
  6. I love it. Keep Josh upright and win in the middle.
  7. Lots of great choices on the board. Excited to see what the Bills do.
  8. We could still get a Hopkins. We could still trade for literal Hopkins. There wasn't an obvious Hopkins-esque talent left on the board.
  9. You know what they say broken clocks and all that.
  10. I'm firmly in the "well that's fine" camp on this pick. I'm not that excited, TEs rarely make a big splash year 1. Maybe it'll make Knox better, I don't know. I still want Hopkins or a WR investment in round 2.
  11. Cool. I guess. He's fine. Not sure what else to say than that.
  12. Get it done Beane. Then you and McD can continue your fetish for high defensive draft picks and nobody will be unreasonably angry with you.
  13. I'll bite. Who are you going to get for 3 million (which is probably incentive heavy) that is better for the scheme?
  14. I love this and I definitely wanted him back. When he's healthy he is a FORCE in this defense. It's like he's tailor made for the McD defense.
  15. Beane would get roasted on here if he made that deal. I really want the player but that's too rich.
  16. I agree with all of this. If we don't see WR/TE/OL in the first 2 rounds I don't see how we get through the playoffs. Harty and Sherfield seem like okay pieces. McGovern is fine. Harris is a smart signing. Maybe okay pieces is enough to make the offense run much more smoothly, but I don't want to bet it on it. Getting a 1B WR means teams have to shift gameplans, because right now stopping Diggs is a surefire way to frustrate the offense.
  17. I don't understand why. Is it a sunk cost fallacy? He's objectively bad according to every independent metric. What's the harm in giving him some real competition at the position?
  18. Isn't this probably because he doesn't trust his line? You "feel" the pressure a lot more when you're used to the defense getting home fast.
  19. The lack of investment in the offense is why Allen has to play like Superman every game. It's very obvious why Josh puts the team on his back, because the offense was Diggs and Allen doing superhuman stuff. Almost everyone else was a JAG.
  20. I love drafting a WR, but I don't love it for helping us right now, this year. McD doesn't get rookies involved on offense. Even if we got McLaurin (love that idea) or Hopkins or OBJ, I still want the Bills to invest in a early round WR.
  21. The Bills need a significant signing at WR. Beane overvalues his draft choices and picks. Gabe Davis is not a 1B or #2 WR. We have the best QB in the division and the 3rd best WR room. Invest in your superstar Beane. Get it done.
  22. If the Bills let Hopkins go to the Chiefs then it's a failure of Bills' front office. The Bills should be in for any trade that the Chiefs are interested in.
  23. Yes, Lamar, this is what potential teams want. A QB with no agent that airs it all out on Twitter. That'll definitely increase your value.
  24. Live look at negotiations between Bills & Arizona.
