I think they're also flipping a lot of guys around into spots where you won't necessarily see them in actual games. They're playing to win but I feel like they're focused on getting some good film and putting people into a wide variety of scenarios.

I almost feel like the winning is a by-product of having a better roster and staff. They seem to me to be regularly tweaking things that they wouldn't necessarily be fooling with in the regular season.

I think he was lined up on the left side on the next play but he seemed like he might have been working on some cobwebs.

Yeah, McD has developed into a very, very good game manager. I have zero concerns about him monkeying around in scrimmages.

I've got no problem with two possessions. I kind of like them having him work from his own 2; it's something they weren't always great with last year.
