  1. KC’s luck will run out, just a question of when. They aren’t a dominant team, they are just getting a lot of good breaks and timely mistakes by opponents. I still think they are the favorites to win it all, but I’d bet they lose one if not 2 or 3 before the playoffs. I’m up in the air if I want the Bills to beat them or not, it’s great, but if we are locked in to a lower guaranteed seed and rest some guys going into the playoffs, I see that as better than fighting to the bitter end of the year with #1 seed delusion.
  2. Actually, Jefferson’s Cap hit this year is 8.5M this year and 15.3 next year and we are eating Diggs at 31M soooo… you’re clueless. Not only that, when he DOES move up in value it’s 39M and 42M, not that you ever let it get to that, bc you resign him, but worst case scenario, you have the best WR in football for what you are paying Diggs and any competent version of his replacement. So how ya feel about your statement now?
  3. Hollins = Gabe Davis, but he’s actually better than Davis.
  4. Seriously? People are hating on that statement? He’s not on pace to match his rookie numbers with what should be more opportunities. He’s averaging 3 touches a game and people don’t find that disappointing? I give up.
  5. I don’t know where Bishop is, but Dejean is balling out , only mention bc he was my wish at that pick.
  6. No, they traded them the pick. Might as well drop 9 into coverage at the rate the DL is getting to the QB. I’m actually planning to be so pissed by the 3rd quarter that I won’t have any expectations of winning so the refs doing what they do won’t matter to me.
  7. It’s not that much different than what they are paying Diggs to not be here, so yeah, yeah he would. Hi, I’m a Mack Hollins Truther, he did in fact play a heck of a game today.
  8. Kincaid is a major disappointment this year, don’t know what the deal is, but he’s a non-factor.
  9. Who would they get that would be good enough to keep them “competitive”. Today should have been an audition for Lance in the 2nd half, he’s the only one with tools to even be a legitimate QB on that team, even though he’s looked pretty awful in every opportunity, there’s no time like the present to try to get him some time. If he’s good, you have a trade-able asset for the draft next year.
  10. Has anyone ever fired the head coach AND the interim coach in the same season?
  11. Btw Murray might actually be good.
  12. The Jets looked really good on that drive and then choked. I don’t know what the real issue with that team is, but I hate having them on the schedule late in the season, they have enough talent to screw up playoff seeding.
  13. Good lord this rag tag team of WRs is not enough without Kincaid. Samuel has to step up BIG or we might as well not play next week. Really hope at least Cooper is back next week.
  14. Never had it, that’s why he’s never won a damn thing in college too. He’s a quiet/non ####### Jay Cutler.
  15. That’s garbage, the review should have at least moved it closer.
  16. That’s going to be tough to overturn, but I hope they do
  17. Nah that’s the chicks he’s cheating on his wife with.
  18. A hospital bed?
  19. I think we’ll know for sure if he’s added to the PS at the bye. I would expect they would bring him in then, spend some time getting up to playing shape and be ready to go the last 2-3 games of the year. That should give him time to be ready for the playoffs. If he’s not back by then, I’d pretty much consider it a pipe dream. While I’d love to have him back over Hamlin, I hope he stays retired if there’s ANY risk he could be seriously injured due to his neck condition. These guys deserve a great life after the game, I hope he wouldn’t risk it if there’s any more risk than “normal” out there.
  20. Benford would, Elam would not. That is who I was speaking of.
  21. I’m fine w RZ, but why is he even out there between the 20’s?
  22. All well and good, but why scheme so much for Mack Hollins?
  23. Gabe Davis had 225 in a playoff game, see how one game shouldn’t be used as a gauge of a guy’s overall ability? When you catch a couple bombs in a game, it’s easy to look like a dominant performance when you look at the stats, doesn’t mean it really mattered much.
  24. They are both washed. Not completely, but they are shells of their past. Neither one will be making huge contributions to their new teams for any extended period of time. These are just guys on the back end of their careers, Hop probably lasts longer bc he never predicated his game on speed and he has amazing hands. Cooper has a history of drops and a lot of his success came from speed, albeit smooth speed. Both got moved because they are at the end of their contracts and not part of their team’s future plans. Like it or leave it, you don’t get any quality, young talent, for picks that low. Yeah, Coop is what we needed, cheap. Hop still has juice, I hate that he went to KC.
