    I fully understand that he's entitled to blah blah blah blah blah. I think he's bringing the wrong type of politics into the game. I don't care whether he agrees with the Iraqi war or not, I'm not one to blindly agree, either. I don't agree with his forum, however. -Jeff

    No, no Southern accent whatsoever. I do say some "southernisms." I'll call all types of pop "coke" and such, but I've no Southern sound to my voice at all. Nine years of the southeast and I still get asked which part of NYS I'm from. -Jeff

    This has just made my day. I was born and raised in Buffalo. My wife was born and raised down in Suburban Atlanta. She was at a new Doctor today, and the nurse stopped and asked *her* where she's from because she sounds like she's from up North. Yes, folks, my wife has a WNY accent after living with me for 6 years now. It really is a happy day!

    We get Fox Sports South down here... and "Turner South", which carried the Thrashers games. Oh well, at least I won't get home sick watching the commercials during the Empire Sports Report any more. -Jeff

    224.5, down from 229 last week. That's a lot of weight. Two reasons for it: 1. Running, dieting, water weight at the start. 2. I was sick as a DOG last weekend. Couldn't keep anything down. Most of it actually came off during what I think was a short bout with the flu. -Jeff
