  1. Yeah, we're doomed and all that ;-)
  2. They're moving the ball pretty good. Seem to be just moving it against our D. Early early I know I know, just an observation, not a criticism!
  3. Ouch. But not so much of that, please.
  4. Yay! Still on hold with Real Networks. CEO of my shop went to work for them after he was fired... it shows.
  5. Yay for Real Networks technical support. Have I mentioned that I hate Field Pass, but it's a necessary evil?
  6. There are two links next to the FP logo, one Buf one Car. Looks like we get to pick, eh? -Jeff
  7. Also... the Field Pass has a 7 day free trial. I usually blow it on the first preseason game as I'm hurting for some football.
  8. I really like Facelift. We Die Young rocks. They're all pretty good, actually =)
  9. I'm 27. I don't remember anything before Kelly. That said, RJ. Blew a wad of cash on him, he had no heart. Great physically, but stunk up the mental game. Throw in the So. Cal. attitude, and he just seems like he deserves my vote. TC was a tool, too. Close second. -Jeff
  10. I thought the same thing until Jar of Flies. -Jeff
  11. God that's got to go. WIth the exception of a few, my entire extended family still lives up there. It seems that every time I go up there they sit around telling me how good I have it in GA and that the economy is so bad. It turns into a "we need to vote Democrat so they take care of us small-town workers" conversation. The ironic part? A few of them are Erie County employees. In the same sentence, they'll complain about the high taxes and economic situation and then vocally fear for their jobs and pensions. -Jeff
  12. AIC by a long shot. While I respect Nirvana and recognize the impact they had, I just can't stomach them; mostly because of Cobain's voice. AIC, with a side of Soundgarden, please. -Jeff
  13. Well if he's done, can I have a turn?
  14. In these here parts, you can't buy anything alcoholic at all on Sunday. Can still drink at most restauraunts, though.... that is, in most counties. -Jeff
  15. Yeah, I just know meningitis because every time my wife is in the hospital for a migraine they want to check for all that stuff, too.
  16. Meningitis symptoms, and that's something to be precautious about.
  17. How would that article even suggest a heart problem? It doesn't even list a single symptom. He could have a severe case of constipation or may be seeing double out of one eye, eh? -Jeff
  18. Yeah, I agree. I'd probably even side with her after reading that story if it wasn't "racism, racism, racisim!" Seems pretty lame that they'd have a problem with a hair dryer. The aide was probably running back and forth storing junk in the 1st class bin as opposed to the coach bin - that pisses flight attendants off. I'm almost sure that was the trigger. McKinney syndrom. No View for her, hopefully. Story time! I've gotten into 2 or three incidents downtown (Atlanta) where someone claimed I was racist. The tension is live and well 'round here. The latest of which happened I bumped into someone while walking past a bus stop. I prompty apologized like I would to anyone, and was met with "You'd better fking be, this isn't 1889 any more and I"m not your slave." Wow. Guy continued to follow me down the street shouting at me. We passed a nicely dressed black man and the idiot messing with me said "It's ok brother, I got his ass." I believe the response was a surprised look and a shake of the head. I see it coming from the other direction a lot more than I see it in the classic sense. I'm sure it has something to do with average economic conditions and whatnot. Ok I'm done ranting. -Jeff
  19. But if you were born into it, you'd tire of fish eggs and private jets right quick.
  20. My daughter watches that show, so I know exactly who Melanie is. I was hopping for a "pay for college" movie. Now, I'll tell you what... those Hi-5 hotties need to screw up or have a video from the past come forward and haunt them. Mmmm.. KImmmmmmmiiee......
  21. I think it looks kinda lame. Impressive car, sure, but if it was down near the "affordable by McJeff" range, I'd pick an F150 instead.
  22. Not sure. Before I started paying monthly, there were times when the economy lots downtown would be full and I'd have to fork over $20 to park for a day. If this could help avoid that... -Jeff
  23. Didn't Citi get slammed with agressive lending or whatever it's called a while back? Primerica funneling in and whatnot? Both Citi companies...
  24. You can use an "ETA" as opposed to a Visa to a few nations. I had an Aussie ETA, but when I showed up in LA to hop on a 747 destined for Melbourne, there was no record of it. The girl at the counter was able to generate another electronic "Visa" in about 15 minutes and I hopped on the plane. I liked that. RFID in passports? Theory is cool, but I trust the governement with my ID about as much as I trust them with my money... -Jeff
  25. I've been following this and it makes me think of my little girl. I'm very very glad to hear it! The part that always strikes me as amazing is that she doesn't understand the severity of what's she's going through; although, that's probably a big reason why she's doing so well! Gonna share this one with Mrs. McJeff. -Jeff
