It would prove my original theory that McD knows DBs and can coach up a late rounder into a solid player. I never thought we needed a first round corner, but whatever…

Epenesa is a huge disappointment.
-
In order for that to happen, they will need to pass on defense in the first round and take an elite lineman that is cost controlled.

Anybody got anything football related? Please and thank you…

Exactly. He’s worlds more talented than Singletary. If he picks up the offense, singletary’s snaps will dwindle.

On the other end…we haven’t heard any bad things either. No news is good news with edmunds. He’s solid, just not the game changer they thought they were drafting

You are arguing over negativity. This doesn’t make sense. Just stop.

What is your objective? Please stop with this…

Well no kidding…with that line that’s out there today did anyone expect anything different?

The only thing missing is an entire defense filled with first round picks. Only a few spots remain…

You’re missing my point, but ok…

I said it all off-season…Dane Jackson is a lot better than many gave him credit for. He’s not going down without a fight.

This dude is gonna be a good player for us for a while. Very excited about what he brings.

Tyreek Hill says Tua is more accurate than Mahomes
whorlnut replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s not the point. The point is how accurate he is. I don’t think Tua will ever be a complete qb or one that puts fear into us on Sundays, but accuracy has always been one of his best traits. -

Is Hill wrong? I don’t know that he is. Tua’s greatest strength is his ball placement. He’s a very accurate qb. He doesn’t have a strong arm like Mahomes and that’s what will ultimately hold him back. Look at Chad Pennington. Noodle arm, but accurate as heck. I think Tua is very similar. -
If you think McD did a bang up job at the end of that game, then “whatever”…

Well I don’t expect Hyde to come out and put the blame where it belongs…on McD.
-
How about just calling him “Matt”?
-
My breaking point would be if he nearly single handedly is the reason we lose in the playoffs again. Last season is still painful. He didn’t do a single thing right in those 13 seconds. From the botched kickoff, to calling two timeouts and not making the right defensive calls. I am ok with him unless he has a complete meltdown again.

Well I’ve seen a lot of Deebo Samuel-like predictions. He’s got good speed, used in jet sweeps, the slot, go routes. I’ve seen a lot of contested catches and good use of his catch radius on highlight videos. I’ve also read he’s one of the best at YAC. I think he’s got a great chance of being our slot for a few years at least.

For me it’s Khalil Shakir. Not sure how a guy with 4.43 speed and his production can be there when there was a massive run on WRs. Apparently Beane thought enough of him to move up 20 spots to get him. Everything I see says he’s elite in YAC, which is something we sorely lack. He’s our long term slot IMO. I expect to see him get burn this year in sweeps and returns. I’m very excited about this pick.
