I loved watching him play Probably the second best RB pass catcher Bills have ever had. He had amazing vision, rivaled only by Thurman, OJ, and Shady in that regard.

How good is O'Cyrus Torrence?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to KentuckyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree. It is a lot of name recognition. But Bitonio probably will retire this year so that will open up a spot for some fresh faces. -
He's great when he has talented players up front and now he gets scapegoated when the team fails to replace them.

I was hoping for ProBowl season from him this year but he really struggled for about 5 of the first 6 games. He has been much better lately especially in pass blocking. Hope he has a dominant playoff run! -
Pats players played to win. That backup QB played his heart out to get real game time film. He did quite well for himself. No kicker is going to miss a FG on purpose. A few misses hear or there really affect life time stats. Bills played to not get hurt and pick up a few bonus checks. Will be interesting to see how Coleman reacts to playing the entire game with 2nd and 3rd string guys.

Harbaugh: “Flowers injury not season ending”
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. He made multiple mistakes in the fourth quarter. Not just the last drive. Pickens did him no favors though. -
One Thing: Keon looked terrible yesterday

He's going to be an option of last resort in the playoffs. Playoffs is where the real talent emerges. Get ready for a heavy dose of Cooper, Shakir, Cook, and Kincaid/Knox in the playoffs. Hollins and Johnson will get some clutch catches as well. I would not be shocked if Coleman gets less targets/catches than even Samuel. -
Skip Bayless accused of sexual harassment

Yeah I knew that was the reason Aikman hated him Wonder if she slept with Cowherd. He's always talking about his family on his show. -
Wildcard weekend. Your upset call.

Darnold will wilt under the pressure. Rams win at home. Commanders will also upset Bucs. -

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/othersports/article-14252791/Skip-Bayless-Fox-Sports-hair-stylist-1-5m-sex.html So hope this is true. I've never liked this guy. Troy Aikman hates him too... “To say I'm disappointed in the hiring of Skip Bayless would be an enormous understatement,” Aikman told Sports Illustrated at the time. “I believe success is achieved by acquiring and developing talented, respected and credible individuals, none of which applies to Skip Bayless.” Interesting side note in the article is that Jason Taylor's sister Joy Taylor allegedly told her "to get over it".

Can't believe the NFL is happy with all this bonus money discussion during the telecasts. Maybe I'm wrong. Just doesn't have a good look. In Evans' case at least the game mattered. -
Black Monday...who gets canned?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to Nihilarian's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looks like Stefanski may keep his job in Cleveland. He protected ownership by continuing to say Watson starting was best chance to win. It cost him the locker room but kept his job. He's crazy to stay. Cleveland might actually be worse next year. Stefanski would be better off resigning and starting fresh somewhere else to get the stink of the Browns and Watson off. -

Racist bull#### again. Black head coach gets one year and then is labeled as difficult. Just like Brian Flores. Another white retread will get hired after a sham Rooney rule interview. -
1/5/2025 Week 18 - Around The NFL
Ethan in Cleveland replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Buffalo can't beat a rookie QB at home, then they will never win it all with McDermott. The only two teams to fear are Baltimore and Philadelphia -
Its a big building with patients but that's not important right now...

As long as they don't define the criteria for MVP there were always be debates. But that's a good thing not a bad thing. Allen is deserving of it and I hope he wins it.

I totally understand your take and mostly agree. But you have to admit stats matter to a large degree. You can lots of players matter to the success of their team. Look waht happened to Dolphins without Tua. Dallas without Dak. Take Daniels away from Washington and they win 5 games. Take Lamar away from Henry and Henry is not getting anywhere near the rush yards he has. It goes both ways with Jackson and Henry. I do think the turnover narrative was real and ultimately prevented Allen from winning it last year. I don't understand why people think there is a narrative for Lamar to win the MVP. Don't know where that comes from. The media love all great QBs. In the end I think Allen wins it but my cases for the other players are still valid. I get your point. And yes no playoffs and no way he is in MVP discussion. So when Allen was great last year and the Bills defense was garbage almost missing the playoffs, it was still an MVP performance. But when Burrow overcomes a trash defense it is not. I got it.
