The players make minimal money for playoff games. It was $69k for championship game last year. Their salary is divided by the 17 regular season game checks. Josh would have made almost $1.8M per game this year but I think he converted his salary to bonus money before the season started.

49ers lost McCaffrey and Samuel in that game if I remember. Also think they had a couple other injuries during or before the game. They beat Burrow when he was on one leg after missing entire training camp and had no business playing in week 1. Browns are paper tigers with 1 quality win at Baltimore on there resume. Browns just lost Hopkins who was in the running for AllPro Kicker. Bills have some bad losses but also some good wins. All their losses are close. Bills getting healthy at the right time.

My initial thought was Diggs but I think they showcase him next week and he goes off for 150+ against the Fish, This week it will be Kincaid as many have already suggested. I think Johnson gets a pick six this week as well. Honorable mention will be Bass. I think Buffalo struggle to put the ball in the end-zone this weekend in sloppy condition. Bass gets 4 FG and two XP on two second half-TDs for a 14 point day.

The Browns D is elite. There O-line is decimated with injuries. Flacco still turns the ball over a ton They have played mostly garbage teams with garbage QBs. Yes their D is championship level but they have not shown up in a couple games this year

Flacco deserves it. Hamlin hasn't really come back. He has had near zero impact this year. It's a great story but the award is for having an impact on the field. Hamlin hasn't.
