Yeah...I wish they would get like 50% more serious throughout the entire thing and chop 20 minutes of length out of it. They goof around too much. I still really enjoyed hearing Fina's observations, keeping in mind he played on strong teams and was a good player himself. He said a lot of stuff you aren't going to read anywhere else. His comment about "how we used to dream about" being able to get a hold of a defensive lineman's shoulder pads ON THE BACK SIDE was great. His observations about wrong positioning on the hand off were also interesting...as well as how Zack Moss was seemingly doing things wrong on multiple plays. I also enjoyed his take on the WHAM play. Eric Wood spent a good 5 minutes discussing them on his segment with Schopp and Bulldog after the Colts game. There is definitely work that needs to be done there. Now that I think about it, a 15 or 20 minute discussion between Wood and Fina on the current O line problems would be a hell of an interesting listen.

Good point about game time. I'm glad the Bills are playing tonight. It's also just weird how I can't ever remember watching an exciting Bears football game. I do remember when they had the great defense in 1985....but that was a long time ago.

Mike Tirico and Drew Brees will be calling the game for us tonight. I will look forward to hearing Drew's takes on things; he comes across like a super smart football guy and we all know what he was like as a player.

Haven't had a drop of alcohol so far. I usually never drink during a Bills game! I enjoy them too much to be a little buzzed while watching. But I may have a couple fingers of a good single malt with the game tonight; I'm in the mood for that!

I have a ton of friends living in the metro DC area who are pretty hard core triathlon and/or marathon people. They are all close to 50 now, and they ALL have huge health problems all the time. My one buddy even does "double marathons" (52 mile race?) and is injured constantly. Usually with a broken foot bone or something like that. They all have bad backs now, etc. Go for a walk instead.
