    Oft-injured and aging HOF'er...gotta plan for the future. Dillard is a solid pick for them and can learn by watching one of the best, and fill in if/when Peters gets dinged.

    Fant probably would have driven us nuts. With his freak athleticism he would blow by everyone only to drop that key pass. Remembering how we all felt about Clay dropping a critical pass for us last year how much patience would we have had with Fant who has concentration lapses from time to time?

    The kid has talent..especially in that flex receiver role. Mismatch for anyone to cover, glad it was not NE. Now Denver just needs someone who can get the ball to him.

    Yeah, they mentioned the league is moving away from schemes with a clear-cut WR #1 to spread offensive role players who can get open and CATCH the ball.

    The ONLY reason I would trade back in to take Fant would be if i was sure Bellycheck was targeting him, and just to pee in his Cheerios.

    I just don't see the divide between the borderline 1st rd WRs and those we can grab in the 2nd meriting trading away picks to make the move IMO. Keep our picks and some decent prospects will fall to us.

    Oliver has freakish skills, McDermott will find a way to use him a tad better than Houston managed I think.

    I like the pick, but since it was the player i thought they would take all along it was anticlimactic. That was all I was saying. I got myself all worked up for nada.

    Matt Patricia knows a thing or two about having a TE that is the whole package. Good for them, and good for us I think down the road that he went to an NFC team we won't have to play a lot.

    Pass...there are more well-rounded TE prospects later I think who can catch and can block without trading back into the first.

    Kind of meh...been predicting Oliver forever, not sure why I feel let down... Was thinking Beane would blow me away with some kind of pick filled last minute deal. *** Jeez relax guys I like the pick, it was just anticlimactic is all.
