He is definitely the most polarizing political figure I can ever remember. That is why the Russia probe is so pointless too. It doesn’t matter what any of this “turns up”. You either support Trump or don’t. In which case everything will be spun through your rose colored glasses. The Russia Probe for example. If you don’t like Trump, he rigged the election. If you like Trump, it’s a Democratic witch hunt.
Oh boy I would love either of them on this team.
Bell is a heck of a WR as well as a RB. Pitt often put him out wide as a WR. His catch rates the past 3 seasons were 92%, 80%, 81%. He caught 85 balls in 2017 for something like 700 yards.
Given him is 15 million per year, structure it with 35 million guaranteed throughout the first two years. Easy out in year 3 if he isn’t performing. People forget we are paying McCoy 7 million this year. Bell is easily worth double what an old Shady is worth.
I was thinking the same. He at least would have got 14 per year on a multi year deal with a nice guarantee. He could have easily made it up to 15 and possibly l could have pushed the 17 that Trey Flowers received.
With Funchess signing for 13 million, albeit for one year, I don’t think you get Tyrell under 13. I would think 13 is the floor and that would be on a longer contract and with a decent guarantee.
Problem is, then we have no offensive line. That’s why it was absolutely a necessity to “buy” a few offensive line starters this off season.
Funny you bring up AB. I was just telling my wife, we might as well have given AB 40 million a year all guaranteed to get him here. At least then the cap space is being spent on a difference maker at a position of need.
Certainly doesn’t seem like cap space matters most. Indianapolis- zero deals, Buffalo - Zero deals, Cleveland - zero deals, Jets - one deal. Top 4 cap space teams, one combined deal.
