  1. I agree that Lock wasn’t very good. All I remember seeing of Fant is an easy ball dropped and an obvious hold that was called.
  2. Two days removed from the injury and this is still pretty much my philosophy on the subject.
  3. This is absolutely true. I live by the red zone channel. That being said, it’s crazy how it is a $10 a month option on a lot of streaming services, yet is an extra $150 on the Sunday Ticket.
  4. Absolutely disgusting what has happened since they were bought but ATT. It is like they don’t value any customers anymore. They aren’t going to have many left if they keep trying to charge people $150 a month. This isn’t the early 90’s, there are tons of options now. If they ever stop giving me my credits and/or lose the Sunday Ticket I will be gone.
  5. I (and probably the NFL) would prefer if football was every night. I would watch a game every night. The NFL season is nirvana where I get nfl Sunday, Monday, Thursday and college Friday and Saturday. Only “dry” days for me are Tuesday and Wednesday.
  6. Absolutely. These guys are going to play HARD tonight. They are all fighting for a roster spot and being given a rare opportunity to play for an extended time. Usually in the pre-season playing time is hard to come by for many of these bubble guys.
  7. Yes. Confirmed by Beane this morning. ? The sky is still falling. Don’t look up.
  8. I would think McCoy has zero value. You certainly aren’t getting a center of any skill back in return. McCoy is coming off a poor year, is highly paid for a RB, and is old.
  9. My thoughts as well. DIRECTV needs to be sending out antenna kits to all customers that are blacked out.
  10. I was wondering if anyone was carrying it live. I figured NFL Network would and I didn’t see it on the guide. I’ll have to check NBC. I will absolutely be watching. Ever since watching “undrafted” I have a far more piqued interest in pre season.
  11. Quoted for truth! During the playoff year I would constantly say “this team is winning in spite of Tyrod, not because of”. Your quarterback isn’t exactly the reason you are winning when he is averaging 150 yards and 1 touchdown per game.
  12. I’m not sure anyone is advocating for cutting him now or taking the sky is falling approach as you suggest. That isn’t even a realistic discussion at this point. A very realistic discussion, however, is talking about center prospects in the upcoming draft. If Morse cannot stay healthy you need to replace him with someone a bit more reliable than a journeyman free agent.
  13. I was wondering this as well. Given his injury history I feel center might be a very high priority in the upcoming draft.
  14. This has been my dream NFL world scenario for the Raiders
  15. Were there actually people predicting playoffs last year? It didn’t matter who was starting at QB, anyone with eyes could see that offensive line was going to struggle.
  16. Hopefully Bodine looks better with a revamped OL around him. I don’t have high expectations though.
  17. Your avatar pretty much sums up Mitch Morse
  18. My exact thoughts right now are ?????
  19. One of the worst pieces of news we could have got from camp honestly. Outside of Allen this guy was the main piece to keep healthy IMO.
  20. What is better is he put up these numbers with Brees, one of the best ever. And he’s getting paid to continue putting up these numbers with Brees, one of the best ever. The problem is, Brees isn’t a spring chicken, and isn’t Tom Brady in longevity terms. I highly doubt Brees plans to play another 5 years. Thomas’ production can really only go down.
  21. Antonio Brown is not going to be happy. How long until his next hold out?
  22. Bruised quad would be super disappointing. I would hope for a type of broken leg injury that knocks him out for the year.
  23. Well, currently certain markets have lost FOX and CBS on DIRECTV. It has been on going for weeks now with no end in sight.
