    For sure. But down the defensive starters we are, with the schedule we have, it's going to be a LOOONNGGGG season.

    In a sick way, I almost miss the drought (hear me out lol)...at least then the expectation was "hey let's get in the playoffs". Now, it's Super Bowl or bust...that is 1000x harder than just making the playoffs. I fear we will be the Rivers Chargers...good/great regular seasons with no hardware to show for it.

    Yeah from an "outcomes" standpoint this Sunday is brutal for the Bills (obviously injuries, etc....but just from a standings perspective). It all went the exact opposite as we would have wanted it. Except for maybe Baltimore losing.

    Probably doesn't matter. KC would likely get a penalty and fresh set of downs. They are the globe trotters. This whole "regular season" business is a farce. They will be in the AFC title game again (Cincy will be pulled back from the brink to make it 3 in a row against KC - RATINGS BABY!) Hilariously sad

    I think we might see a big drop off with Milano not next to him. Not saying he carried Bernard, but it will be Bernard and basically (most likely) a rookie next to him. Going to be tested over and over.

    I think both Poyer and Hyde are done. I don't think it would hurt to play Rapp over Poyer just based on age/youth. But we won't. We'll ride or die with our old man safeties.

    Yeah, we can probably delete this thread. This Bills team isn't winning the SB...likely will struggle to get a wild card with the injuries, offensive approach, schedule, and coaching. We should tank.

    Yeah, ideally, but what about the other 5 or 6 stops made by the D? Offense needs to show up during the meat of the game, not when it's too late.

    Agreed. That had to be super frustrating for the D. They played their asses off and the offense did nothing when it mattered.

    I think they did what they could to hold the water back but they were on the field ALL day and eventually the damn broke. The offense kept putting them right back on the field. If a couple of Bills drives went for even FGs, who know what happens with the D's energy/freshness.

    Chargers are choke artists and will get swept (Mahomes division record is insane), they will kill Cincy, Bills probably ***** the bed. KC probably ends with 3 total losses, another easy home-field playoff stand and a yet another SB appearance. We need to all make peace with the fact that they are the new Patriots will probably be in the SB like every other year.

    It's the drought-era all over again with that play. It almost never works and just wastes a down and if you are lucky only loses a couple of yards.

    It's never stopping. If the NFL smells money anywhere they will try to squeeze it out. We'd have games on the moon if the NFL thought they could squeeze a nickel out of it. Stop making sense! Sports Science yadda yadda yadda.

    I only disagree because that isn't how the universe works for them. They'll win, and we'll hear more and more about Taylor Swift and Kelce and Mahomes the warrior and yadda yadda yadd.

    It does seem that way. Not sure if any stats back it up, but my brother and I always talk about this over the years how a struggling team "gets right" against us, regardless of our talent, record, etc. I just don't get it.
