I just went and checked the thread … This is what you said in response to comments about Knox being injured allowing Kincaid more playing time … ”if anyone thinks this is a positive then they don’t know anything about football”.. It actually turned out to be great .. because it forced them to use him more ..

You seem to have been down on Kincaid since he got here .. I remember you telling us mid season when Knox got injured that there was no chance that Kincaid would be able to step into the position and be as productive … Davis is out the door … even if he was better than what he is, the reality is that given their cap situation and handcuffs to Diggs and Miller ..they can’t keep him…Im sorry we aren’t as sentimental about his past performances like your colleagues on Chiefs Planet no doubt would be in similar circumstances about one of their players moving on.. As I alluded to above … Davis has definitely out performed a 4th round level position though… not that we have a lot of experience there because Beane normally can’t trade these quick enough to move up two spots

So what point you trying to make ? That Davis is a better prospect?

4 year guy v rookie who never started playing the game until his HS senior year WR v TE… If it makes you feel any better … Davis will be 25 in a month ..

Why be worried about where he goes ? I got nothing against the guy… I hope the next 4th round WR pick Beane makes contributes as much … (it’s probably unreasonable to expect much more from a 4th round selection) and I hope he gets some dollars on this deal because he might not be making much the next contract .. But he isn’t or never will be some elite guy…

It’s now a week past the SB …still nothing We need some real news … there is only so long one can be interested in discussing whether Thomas can last to 28 , or whether JA and Milano are the only superstars on the team… Cmon Beane - give us a cut , or a restructure… A trade would be yuge ( coming or going) ..

I have decided that I’m going to abuse Beane so much if he takes a Safety at 28 Gabe Hall at 205 is good , if a tad unrealistic

Rousseau was really raw when he came out … only had two years of a college if I remember correctly and sat out the season before he was a drafted because of the Covid situation …so maybe you can think he is still going through some development and can get better .. I would have liked to have seen better pass rush skills by now…not saying he is a bust by any means … but just hoped for more ..

I’ll give you Milano whom I overlooked given his absence … let’s hope he makes a full recovery by Week 1 next season and is backto his best…superstars show up in the playoffs so Oliver is out, although he had his best year so maybe he is still ascending … Bernard might get there one day soon … Douglas is a fine player but not elite

Our mate from Kansas City that posts here did make a good point the other day… Outside the QB … is there another superstar on this Bills team ? KC has a couple …including Chris Jones who I think is the most valuable defensive player in the game at present … They got 2 great CBs ( better than anything we got) … superior interior OL ( that handled Oliver with ease… ) and Kelce on the decline but still a big game winner … Bills have got a lot of “above average “ players … but not too many game winners outside JA..
